Maybe you're not using the right type of concealer...? I've used concealer before with a little bit of foundation on top to help blend it in, and some powder to set it, and it worked really well. It might not disappear completely, but at least it will be disguised well enough that it won't draw attention and be super obvious.

Use a tough, non-runny concealer... The thick ones that go undernearth the eyes seem to be best. Then top it off with regular cover up and powder it.

Have you tried the spoon trick? Stick one in the freezer, then put it on the hickey and twist the skin to break up the clot

Use green concealer; the green is for reddish spots.

Yellowish/ligher than your skin=for dark circles.

I went to sephora and they recommended a yellow color if it's a purple bruise, and a green color if it's red. Those are to be placed first, then add on a heavy concealer and set with a translucent powder.

I, personally, just wore a scarf for a few days if I was in public. And left my hair down.

To clear up the clot, use the cap of a lipstick, place it on top of the hickey (the same way you would put it on top of a lipstick) and turn in circles(dragging your skin around a little bit) to get the blood re-circulating. Learned that trick when i was a teen, Believe me, it works.

GET RID OF IT!!! i used a bunch of cold spoons. i had 3 in the back of the fridge and then rotated them when they got warm... use the back of the cold spoon and rub from the centre of the hickey. IT WILL TAKE A WHILE.. i cleared mine after about 1 hour of rubbing. it was literately all gone!! no concealer needed! HA
