    Default How risky...

...it is to use a fake address for opening a PayPal account? I mean, not fake, but an address that isn't mine?

I need a Paypal account with an US address, since any PayPal account opened from any South American country charges a 6.4% fee to receive payments. I have one registered with a bank account I have in the UK, but then it would charge me those crazy exchange rates and fees.

By the way, if I keep the account "personal", will fees still apply? But then, I'll have a limited amount I can receive, right?

Oh, this PayPal thing can be tricky...

Do you happen to know if you can link a Payoneer or i-payout/Globe Wallet card to a PayPal account too?

    Lots of questions... sorry!

dont know about the first one, but regarding the last one - ive tried it, didnt work for me. at least not with payoneer and didnt work with epassporte either when it was still around. so i guess it wont work with i-payout card as well.

Well if you use a fake address you wouldn't be able to verify your account. They mail you something if you want a verified business account.

Fees have been changed so that paypal fees are now the same for any account whether personal or not.
