    Angry Falsely accused of extras!

    Rant warning!

I'm so upset! I am not an extras girl and I sure as hell don't need to be! I've been at a new club for a couple weeks and I'm making decent money, averaging $200/night which I think is okay for a newbie (I've done peepshow and bach parties but hustle clubs are very different).

Anyways, I'm doing a lap dance for a guy, and the night manager comes up and says I need to talk to you when you're done. So I finish the dance and go to her and she says "I caught you flashing him". I honestly did not flash the guy, and so I told her. She says to me, "I've been dancing 10 years I know all the excuses". She escorted me to the dressing room, had me pack up my stuff, and leave. I felt really embarrassed!

I'm allowed to come back on Friday but I feel so shitty about returning to this club. I can't help but think if I've already been blamed for something I did not do, what else will I blamed for? The whole reason I came to this club is because I didn't like the Deja Vus; there were not enough lockers, the managers were nasty, the guys were very grabby and the bouncers didn't care, and the girls did drugs in the dressing room. I want to stay at this club, so I'm hoping this all passes.

    Thoughts/advice/hugs?

Wow, that's awful. She should've at least given you a verbal warning first, not just thrown you out. It seems like club staff have a hard time taking us girls seriously in situations like this... they've dealt with girls lying to them and breaking all kinds of rules, and it makes them very untrusting.

If you want to stay at the club and they're letting you come back, take advantage of it. All kinds of drama happens at clubs, and people eventually move on. You'll probably have to be extra careful around that manager, which sucks, but what can ya do? Sometimes bouncers and managers can be overzealous about that sort of thing, and you just have to make it obvious that you're following the rules.

    Hugs hugs hugs.

I'm so sorry that happened. It must have been embarassing and if other girls saw, they will surely feel differently about you when you return regardless of what actually happened. Did she at least mention what behavior led her to believe that you were flashing? Were you adjusting your thong after a dance/ stage set?

I agree that it will be hard to return to this club if the management/ other dancers perceive you in a certain way now.

*Hugs*. While reading that I was wondering if someone who was jealous did that. I was always a clean dancer, yet at one club I was accused of doing dirty things. In fact one time this club got busted and a dancer gave the cop my stage name. Luckily I wasn't there that day because who knows what could have happened. I would be wary of returning there to be honest. Someone sounds like they are out to get you and next time you could be arrested even if you are innocent.

This is exactly what I needed to hear! Thank you!

@Kat w: I'm not sure, sometimes I'll trace the seam of my top with my finger, and I'm busty so I do adjust it a lot so nothing pops out. Ironic, huh?

@arielbriel: So far she's been a cunt everyday... I think she really doesn't like me.

Should I talk to her about this again? I really do not want any trouble, and I sure as hell don't like getting thrown out and embarrassed in front of the whole club. This really sucks, I'm very worried I am going to get blamed or thrown out for something else I didn't do in the future.

Oh my gosh that is scary! This manager is not working the next shift I'm scheduled for so I guess I'll see what happens that shift. I'm really sorry that happened to you! But it does make me happy to know I'm not alone. To be honest, I was kind of worried people wouldn't believe me if I posted on here. I felt so dirty last night, but I know I didn't do anything wrong. In fact, I really wish I knew what I did wrong here because then I could correct it and not get in trouble again.

I think more have dealt with it, perhaps just haven't mentioned it for fear of not being believed. Unfortunately this is the reality of the business where we all guilty until proven innocent.

Try not to let it get to you....this manager sounds like a rather unreasonable person to deal with. Continue going to work and making your money, keep a low profile and only speak to her when absolutely necessary. Don't worry about what anyone thinks of you, it will all be forgotten soon anyway

Is your club gogo or just topless? I think I would hate working gogo by boobies regularly escape on me in everyday life haha. I would go back but be suuuuuper wary of following the rules to a t, if it happens again, you need a new club lol

@*Jade*Love: I hope you're right. Thank you much.

@natilinia rouge: If I drive any further I'm going to Portland! Which doesn't look like the worst idea now... you're right about the stress, I really hope this all passes by!

@Odette: it's neither... we can get naked on stage but lap dances and VIP are always clothed as per WA laws. And you bet your booty I'll be at a new club if it happens again! Even though I'm sure they would just fire me. Ugh I wish I knew what I was doing wrong!!!
Your post was funny btw, thanks for cheering me up.

Wow what a bitch! If there were other clubs to work at I'd just say quit. But I guess quitting might not be in the best interests right now. I would still go back up to her next time I'm there and confront her about it. Let her know exactly how you feel and maybe she'll come to realize she was wrong and overeacted. Who knows, sometimes people have stuff in their lives that makes them do stupid shit. Not that it is an excuse to be that way but sometimes the reason behind it.

Sounds like a typical pain in the arse SC manager. Powertrip much??? I would just go back and keep your head down and out of trouble. Do a good job and go home. Eventually they will get off your back and onto the next victim. I wouldnt even bring it up unless she does. If she thinks you did it, then shes gonna think that. And Im confused... flashing is now an extra?? I wish some of the skanks I work with thought that way cause Ive seen whole fingers go hide and seek on stage.

If we're talking about false accusations by a club manager ... screw him. If we're talking about false accusations i.e. charges by LE, that's something worth worrying about.

Washington is very strict, so yes flashing would be an extra here. I was kinda thinking it may have something to do with being a new girl, I've had jobs where it was just hell until another girl got hired. I think I'm gonna just keep my head down until this passes... if it does.

Oof... whole fingers? I'm already paranoid about germs, that would make me go berserk!

Oh my gosh I hope I never have to deal with that! I am very conscientious of what I say or do, you never know who is a cop!

Thank you everyone for your support! I have been feeling shitty all day because of this, it really good to be believed and know I can rely on SW ladies to help me out.

I got let go from a light contact club and was really pissed off because I finally had figured out what weeks / shifts ect. were the best money . I was kind of just embarrassed about the whole thing because they were CONVINCED I was doing more than I was. My dances were just a step over the line of what they wanted to offer ..... but I had worked two way contact and just didn't make the switch smoothly ( not removing guys hands fast enough ect). They ran me off and it upset me for weeks actually. I LIKED the lighter contact . I'm a hustler and I think part of what happened is that a couple of the local girls were determined to run me off . They didn't like the weekends when I'd roll in and clean up. Bottom line .... you have to be EXTRA careful at some places.

this might be the case too.
Also they don't know you and it might also be a tad bit of hazing/hating. I would definitely go back and just make sure to be super careful until it dies down and trust me it will.

For a new girl I'm doing well, better than some of the girls who aren't newbies, so maybe she does think I'm offering extras. It's kinda funny though, the reason I'm doing alright even though I'm still an awkward newbie is because the freaky guys really like me and since I've worked private shows I am comfortable dealing with them.

Thanks for sharing your experience, it sounds pretty similar to mine. I might just have to prove that I make my money honestly without doing extras and that may take some time. So, I guess I'd better get used to giving excellent air dances for a while.

Don't worry about it, everyone was saying how they didn't think you were giving extras. It might of just looked suspicious in the blurry cameras. She never gives warnings when she thinks somebody is doing extras, she sends them home no matter who it is. The other 2 managers are more relaxed about it. There was another girl who took off her whole top when she started working cuz, lets face it, our club is the only one in the state (country?) that doesn't let you flash, even the other clubs let the girls get away with it even though they aren't supposed to, she didn't know she was supposed to leave it on lol. She was sent home and she came back and it was all water under the bridge immediately. That particular manager is going to watch you really closely for awhile, but she does that to all the new girls. I remember when I first started she was always right there looking at me. Now they don't even watch the cameras when I give dances. Just be really careful at first, like, make sure you don't stay in one position for long (about 30 seconds), and make sure your hands are always visible to the cameras. These were the things the manager was telling me when I first started. I think even though our club is strict compared to others, its still worth not having to deal with extras girls, or drama, or rude customers (they kick them out if you ask them to), or rude managers (shes not that bad once you've been there for awhile) or bad djs, or back rent, the list goes on.

Thanks again sweetheart! I'm definitely feeling better than I was when it first happened. I'm just annoyed that I didn't get to make my full potential in money because she thought she saw something that absolutely did not happen, and refused to believe me when I told her I was not flashing dudes, then watched me pack my bag like I was going to do something crazy upon leaving. I just think it wasn't the appropriate way to handle the (non-existent) situation.

I had the same experiences, you've been thru. they made me out as an Extras girl, simply because I stretched things a bit. For 2 years, they tried to toss me and the shift manager made my life a living hell. But I'm still working, THAT manager is gone, and I'm over the grief! My advice: Be true to yourself, and perservere, girl!

I've seen a lot of girls get falsely accused. Stuff like a knee momentarily on a customer's crotch, even though we all do it and its not a problem unless its a new girl. I dunno, I think its a scare tactic.
