After a little hiatus from dancing I decided to start back next week.
My problem is, although Im in good shape, toned, tanned, and seeing great results from fish oil/b 12 the one thing I have an issue with is... my bloated belly.
I LOVE seltzer water.I dont drink soda, diet or otherwise, I will drink an occasional sugar free red bull, but mainly I drink seltzer. Oh and plain H20 (altho i prefer my seltzer).
I just started drinking it a few months ago but I definitely noticed it bloats my stomach(due to carbonation ill assume).
I also LOVE beans. Lima beans and broccoli. I eat them a few times a week despite the gassiness.
I start back next wednesday so I have about 6 days to flatten this tummy.
I know ill have to stop the seltzer,and beans but my question is::
what else can i do? do water pills(diurex??) work for bloat?
Or is that only if your PMSing?
Any other tips to get rid of bloat, quick?
Side note:I usedto have issues with constipation so thats why i added beans and broccoli to my diet. It really does help to keep me regular and though it bloats me, I have noticed weight loss with my diet changes.
