Have any of you experienced this?? Any tips for watching it happen and not going completely insane?

One rule for one, and one rule for another and all that, and watching the top earners get away with murder.

Id be a top earner too if i did what they did.. but i get in trouble. HELP PLEASE!!!

LOL, when you figure it out let ME know!! I've been working at my club for almost 9 years.. They let newbies come in and get away with murder so that they stick around. I am made an example of because "I should know better." Just do your thing, keep to yourself and don't bother bitching to management.

I've always been a manager favorite because I've always been a top earner. So that's my advice... start making more money if you don't want to be in the non-favorite group. /shrug.

Me too. I haven't been in long but because of my location/look/charm I'm already a top-earner, and the managers love me. More money for me=more money for them and the club. They don't like the girls that sleep/hang out in the dressing room/yell at customers/ aren't attractive because they don't earn money. Money is the language of our industry. Money and tits.

i agree with all of this... also, in my experience, if you complain, then YOU are the problem and YOU are wrong. that's how it is at my work, at least. they like people who don't complain, even if it is a legit complaint. they also like people who they can keep under their thumb... who will do anything they will tell them to do, who don't complain, who can't defend themselves, and who aren't smart enough to do something about it.

i am a top earner for my company, but i don't put up with any bs from customers or other people who i work with, and i'm smart enough to not be walked all over. but since i don't always just go with the flow and do exactly what they say, i am the one "causing problems".

who knows, maybe i'm wrong, but that's how it is. i get yelled at for the stupidest things.

whereas another girl in my company got so drunk that she pissed herself then fell in it in front of a bunch of guys at the party, didn't even get talked to, because she does everything she is told to do and doesn't complain. they know she isn't going anywhere and she is a weak, vulnerable individual who they will always have under their thumb...

i guess it depends on the kind of people you work for.

and i also guess i could go work somewhere else but for now the money is good and there isn't a better place to go... maybe once the money dries up.

I have a manager that I avoid like the plague. I try my best to stay out of his way because every week its something. Bitch cries about not getting tipped by the lone customer on stage because I was sitting with him, which is not a rule, and here goes sec telling me I can't sit at the stage with a customer. I go on stage and have a drunk girl sitting at my stage talking loudly the entire time and i make $27. How is it my fault she didn't get tips?

Girl gets drunk and I show up at work and they're like put your clothes on and go home. I'm like wtf? You got drunk last nite. I wasn't at work last nite? Call the other manager. Well go sit down. 30mins of prime floor time goes by...back in office I just talked to him and indeed you were not here. You could've looked in computer and checked that out. No apology, no nothing. Just okay go work the floor. There isn't even a girl who looks like me there.

I keep my mouth shut, my head down and try not to give them a reason to say shit to me. I work hard, never complain and am a reliable employee. Thats what I have going for me. I only have this prob with one and I'm trying to keep it that way.
Thank Goodness I smartened up! The old me is dead and gone.

start getting more champagne rooms. it's one thing to get a string of lap dances, but if you can convince a guy to get a champagne with you, your manager will respect you as an effective hustler and you'll make more money in less time so it's a win-win

I have heard that some dancers tip the managers (or the guy who watches the private dance area) in order to be able to get away with more. Also sometimes the customer will tip the manager in order to get away with more. This is what I have heard anyway. I have seen customers tip managers and bouncers and it always made me wonder WTF?

Honestly, I think some managers treat some girls better and let them get away with more because they are attracted to them.
