so usually I'm 98 lbs. I'm 5'6 so I know that weight is significantly underweight, but I've naturally been that way pretty much my whole life. my manager pointed out that he thinks I might have gained a few pounds. he wasn't saying I looked BAD because I'm so skinny to begin with but on such a small person it's easy to notice when someone gains weight... so I weigh myself and lo and behold, 104 lbs! I weighed myself in the morning to get an accurate weight and again, 104 lbs
can anyone tell me why this happened and should I be worried about gaining more weight out of nowhere?
I'm pretty much the type of girl who can just eat anything without gaining an ounce usually, like I've finished an entire big mac by myself. now, before you say it's my metabolism catching up to me, I don't eat crap all the time. I eat REALLY healthy. I CAN eat crap if I want to, but when I was 17 I decided I wanted to eat healthy and I've been eating healthy for about 3 years.
occasionally there will be times where I'll stop by mcdonalds or taco bell after work 3 or 4 nights in a row after working so late and pigging out, but that's never affected me.
the thing is, in the last few weeks though I haven't eaten ANY fast food. as far as exercising goes, nothing has changed in the last 8 months or so either and I put on all this weight out of nowhere! what's going on???
