    ^^^ congrats !!!

However, if you didn't pay estimated taxes on these earnings you've probably only saved $7,000 that you can 'keep' past next April 15th.

I fail. I took 2 weeks off and managed to burn through a good chunk of my savings. *sigh* stripper burnout isn't helping me save money.

Actually, I feel that for me gaining weight is harder than losing it; the more the better.

I did it, woooo! End of financial year is about to rear it's ugly head so I'll probably loose a little, however I'm not gonna let that fact rain on my parade.

Time to focus hard and do it all over again.

I'm glad you girls are staying motivated. Congrats to those on your way to $20,000. I'd have to admit, once I hit my 10g I started slacking. I practically took an entire month off from work just floating around. Reading the new posts are great re-motivators.

I'm totally in - one of my major goals with stripping is to save & invest. This is great motivation to keep my focus on the end goal!

I said I was in and wanted to save about 10K by July first.

It would have been possible if I had gone back to work at that point, but as it stands I'm only getting back to work full time this week.

    Lolz.

Still aiming to have that 10,000 in my savings account by January 1st - and that's AFTER I spend all my hard earned cash on Christmas expenses and Tuition. It would be nice to come into the new year with a nice little cushion.

10,000 club? Fuck you guys! Haha just kidding. I can honestly say that I have saved every single dollar I've made since I started dancing 3 weeks ago. I haven't touched any of that money.

Oh to the lying, snarky, one-upper on the board, go home bitch!

    Hey Ladies

Thanks for this thread! This is something that I really needed!

I have 5,000 saved up and planning to go back to stripping this week.

I have a regular job and hopefully stripping will push me to get to 10 k faster and hopefully on to 20k!

sooo excited when I think about it. I will update at the end of this month.

Hows everyone doing on your goals?

I've been so lazy lately but I motivated myself to go back to work by purchasing a few big ticket items. Now I REALLY must go back to work since I'm close to what I call broke. I only worked three days last month, so I've definitely got to make it up. How is everyone doing on their savings?

I'm embarrassed to say I'm not even close to this anymore! I made it about halfway and then had major life catastrophes... 2500 in medical bills, totaled my car, and moving. Grrr! I guess there is always 2012....lol.

^^Well at least you had money put back for those catastrophes instead of having no idea where you were gonna get the money. =)

I started doing this in july-ish this year my goal was no less than $850 per month (I put in as much as I can though). I have less than $4000 to go, Boobies and 3 week holiday here I come! My next goal is to save for study (perhaps I could study investing).
