    Default how to get BETTER sleep?

    I have no problems falling or staying asleep, but whenever I wake up in the morning I don't feel rested at all.

    I'm tired all the time. Most weeks I can't work more than 3 days straight because I'm just WAY WAY WAY too tired even if I could really use the money

    anyone have some tricks for getting better more restful sleep?

    Really 7-8 hrs and not feeling rested?? weird..
    I sleep with a fan on. I cant stand sleeping in silence. Not sure if it helps me be more rested, but its worth a shot.

    Sleep quality might not be why you are feeling tired. You might want to get a blood panel done.

    I am the same. I was just talking about it to a counselor I see and he told me to see my doctor and to change my diet. I am not eating a lot but when I do it it's not very healthy food (more like junk food). I would say go to get your blood work done, thats what I'm gong to do, and try eating healthy a few times a day to give yourself energy during the day (small meals obv.).

    I eat pretty healthy. some junk food here and there, but not excessively.

    and no, my mattress is about a year old
