    Default Removing arm hair

Do most of you ladies remove all body hair, including arm hair? My boyfriend is wonderful but has mentioned he doesn't like my arm hair, which to give him credit is dark and noticeable. What's the best removal technique, waxing, laser, not gonna try shaving it lol? And I'm in Cali Inland Empire area so if anyone has tips on price that would be appreciated.

Bleaching, if you feel you have to reduce the appearance is what I'd suggest. They sell kits at Sally's that shouldn't run you more than $10.

I disagree about arm hair not becoming stubble if you shave it... One of my good friends shaves her arms and whenever I brush against her arm I jump about a foot because her arms are so scratchy! She has really coarse dark hair though.

I personally would not remove arm hair because my significant other told me to... it's fucking arm hair! Why would it bother him? It's not like it gets in the way of anything! It just seems like such a weird thing for a guy to comment on.

That said, if you want to remove it for YOU, I would recommend waxing. Bleaching would be good too unless you have darker skin, in which case it might look a bit strange.

I've been shaving my arms since junior high. Whether or not you get stubble might depend on your hair type -- I have dark, thin hair, and it doesn't really get stubbly. I only shave once a week or so. I would say that shaving or waxing are the best ways to go (or make your bf will pay for laser treatments, lol).

Bleaching might not give you the results you want; it sounds like your boyfriend wants your arms to be hairless and smooth. Bleaching will just make your arm hair very light blonde.

You, too? I used to be real neurotic about body hair and how it felt when I was a kid, so I'd shave EVERYTHING off. I stopped giving a shit so much as I grew older. I really don't like removing body hair anymore. Perspective: (maybe TMI, sorry) tonight's my audition/amateur night for a club I want to work at, and it's going to take me two showers just to get stage-ready. This is because I spent the entirety of the first shower just washing my dreads and shaving off all my hair. Ugghhh, my city should be more hippie-friendly when it comes to dancers...

I don't even remember when I started shaveing my arms, my arm hairs look weird because there curly not straight and there dark too. Its just an odd effect so I shave it off and it takes about two weeks to grow back. I never get stubbly or anything but then again I spend like 100 dollars a month at bath and body works

I just sugared my arm hair, it works much better than waxing. There are youtube videos for making your own batch and it doesn't irritate the skin as much. It took me three tries to get the right consistency but once I got going, I'm obsessed with sugaring everything.

Same. And I've got desperately pale skin with black hair.
Currently... I shaved... idk... like 4 days ago? And my arms are completely smooth like I just shaved them.

Also... I've noticed that even just with shaving... the hair has grown much thinner and less noticeable over time.

i shave my arms... they stay nice and smooth not stubbly. but im not naturally a hairy girl.
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.
