If you ask, and the guy is all "Yes actually, I'm waiting for Rainbow", ask if you can go get Rainbow for him. Not only does it improve your rapport with him, but oftentimes Rainbow will sell dances for YOU in the future.

To expand on that, I try to use the opportunity to compliment the dancer, "yeah she's gorgeous!" and try to get him to describe what he likes about her so I have an idea how to sell myself better to him. Then if I do end up going to get her I try to take the opportunity to sell a double dance. You just got her a dance she didn't have before and no man complains about two women seducing him.

In the past month, I actually went up to 10% of customers, the rest went up to me. Last time I worked, I decided to go up to a few guys, chatted for 10mins or so, made them laugh, got along with them well, I knew they were having a good time, and then in the end they said NO. That night all the guys went to me, and I made an above average amount based on the club... For me, at times I dont see a point of going up to guys, in a way I look at it, if they like you enough they will ask you! Doesnt always work, depeds on the club etc, but it has worked for me quite well for this month.

I always ask and sometimes think maybe it's counter productive, but am not rude. I also notice how often plopper girls move. They plop, rub the guy, ask for a dance fast, then plop to the very next table when they are rejected. Then plop to the next one. I always listen to what customers say and apparently I'm polite. I do the beer question too. I ask if it's the first or second because I can always tell when a guy is on his third. If it's first or second I say,"Okay, I'll be back to check on you because ppl are always friendlier between drink 3-5." It always gets a positive response and often a tip to remember to come back.
Thank Goodness I smartened up! The old me is dead and gone.
