Question Dance cost - dancer + couple

Question in brief: Gals and guys, what is the per dance cost at your club/clubs you frequent for a couple? Standard dance cost or 2 x standard dance cost?

Background: Have become friends with a brand new to business, part-time stripper. Before getting hired at her club, she'd never been to a strip club. Has expressed interest in visiting other clubs, to see if the "grass might be greener".

Took her to a good candidate recently. She likes girls and was seemingly having as good a time as I checking out the gals. Was disappointed that not many girls came by to say hi, she had a big stack of dollar bills at the ready.

I asked if she was going to do some dances. My stripper friend said no, she would "get too nervous". With her permission I got a couple but she didn't indulge.

Next day I thought of the couple angle. (Why couldn't I have had that brainstorm sooner!). Have the dancer start with her and switch to me and back and forth if/when my friend gets nervous.

I checked with my longtime (12+ years) dancer friend at the club we'd been to. She indicated that at her club it is per customer ($20 x 2 = $40 per dance). This is one of those clubs that track songs and collects $5/song so that the dancer nets $15.

    Is this standard? Thanks.

Depends on the club. Main club I go to if a couple get a dance together they get charged for one dance which is $25. You will need to ask at the club you frequent in order to get a meaningful answer.

My club is same as your friend's club. Standard dance is $30 club takes $5. Couples are $60 because if you do a couple for $30 they take $10 out instead. $5 per person from dance price so we charge double.

That's EXACTLY how my club works... I don't agree with this so I will charge $25. (the standard $20 dance plus just $5 extra to pay off the 2nd dance) Most of the time the guy just wants to watch and there's no contact with him anyways so I don't feel right charging for another dance. But since they will mark me for a 2nd dance I just get $5 from the couple to cover it. They'd rather pay only $5 extra instead of an extra $20 so it works out..

    .

You and I are on the same page. If things went well I'd be watching the whole time, if not well I'd be the one entertained and my stripper friend the spectator.

One wrinkle at this particular club is that the customer pays for the dances after they're over at the lap dance monitor. The dancer gets tickets which she redeems at the end of the shift at $15 per. So maybe their system is kind of inflexible.

Either way not going to break the bank, couple songs at $40 per or $25 per. I'm kind of a try it, you might like it kind of person. But of course I'm quite a bit older than her and have learned life is too short. Hopefully she'll agree to experiment next time we get to hit a club.

At my last club, it was $20/dance as long as the other person in the room was just watching and not receiving a dance.

I've done this a few times at one particular club with a lady friend of mine.
Reg dances were $25 each, dancer didn't charge full double ($50) but rather $40.

At my club, dances are $20 but they don't track how many we do or take a cut from them, so it really depends on the girl, and I guess the situation, so I'd say between $20-$40. Personally, I'd charge $30. Since both customers aren't getting $20 worth of attention that a single customer would get, it doesn't seem fair to charge $40, but since there's still 2 of them (even if one is only watching) it doesn't seem fair to me to only get $20.

    Seems fair. Nice compromise.

Some of the clubs I go to don't track dances/take a cut. But probably 2/3 do.

I go by the rational that if I touch 1 person in a song I get $20, if I have to touch 2, I want $40. The club has no rules on this either way. Normally couples don't mind and expect to pay double. Or give me a 'really good tip' (they just double the money anyway).

Mind you, if 4 men buy 1 room ($80 - just for the room) , and they want me to dance in the room, I'm $300/hour regardless of who I dance for, or how many men are in the room watching. So if there's 2 guys, then I'm entertaining 2 men for an hour for $300. If it's 5 men then I'm entertaining 5 men for an hour for $300. Unless they invite in another girl. That can get tiresome.

A couple is double the price so $40.

    Typically it's 2x standard cost...
But some clubs will let you charge for a single person if you're only dancing for one of them and the other just wants to watch.

Ive run into them just charging the single price....then we just tip more than normal.

I see both sides.....on the one hand, the dancer is spending the same amount of time and effort as she would on a single.....on the other hand, one of the customers would be getting a view of a private lapdance for free....

    somewhere inbetween sounds fair.

I say just get back to back regular dances which would cost the same, but get you 2 dances & more personal treatment.

Or you could get the girls to dance with each other for the same 20-30 each as that might make her more comfortable and turned on watching.

What I charge for a couples dance is at my discretion. I usually charge per customer, for the normal 2 song private dance, but if I feel I didn't earn it I might give them an extra song/half song.

I think 1.5 x normal rate for a couple is fair if the club doesn't take a cut of the dance. This is my standard practice. And 2x for two men.. because, it's fucking strange and creepy.

It does take more effort to effectively engage both people and make sure they're enjoying themselves. So, at my club now a couples floor dance would be 30, vip 45, vip half hour 300-400

I've never been upsold on a couples dance, and gotten them at numerous clubs. Generally, my wife asks if she can follow, just watch, and the dancer says it's fine.

When we both get a dance, we go back together, and the dancer each gives us one song, just dancing for one person at a time. One song for her and one song for me. It makes it much quicker than the dancer having to go get the other person back in the main room.

Other than for imposed house fees, I don't see why I'd pay double for one song just to incude my wife. Reason being I've not met a dancer who could effectively engage both at once. I.e. I'd be paying double for half the attention.

Even porn star Hillary Scott gave us both a dance, and it was just the cost of one dance, albeit she charged $150.

So, this is just based on my experience.
