This is true except when the club is busy and you don't have time to approach everyone. Which is why I hate working on busy busy nights even more than slow nights, at least slow nights you're not all stressed out trying to remember who you have and haven't talked to, and trying to pick out the next guy you should approach after you're done with the one you're talking to who you're not giving your full attention to and therefore are less likely to get dances from anyway.
Approach everyone, ok. But what is a good mini sales pitch to throw out there?

Many threads in there that can help you sell that initial first dance.
Heck yeah, Ariel! I'm loving that page!
