This is really no help... I just wanted to say that thin girls with chubby cheeks/faces are SO HOT to me. LOL
I really don't know how to slim your face down... there's a lot of random advice if you run a google search... but I haven't a clue as to whether or not any of it works.
I'm a freelance makeup artist and work with ALL kinds of face shapes. You would be suprised how many women have this issue, including myself. I have a round face shape and a double chin even though I am not overweight.
When I used to model, I had a photographer explain to me that this "double chin" is something genetic and that no matter how thin I got, it wouldn't go away. Well you bet your ass I tested that theory and yes, no matter how thin I got, it still appeared.
When I stopped modeling and started working behind the camera, this is the first issue I was eager to learn about fixing through makeup artistry. There are ways to make a very round face look slimmer, and hide a double chin. It's all about contouring. There are some great tutorials on YouTube.....
Some surgeons do perform facial liposuction. It's mainly for the neck and throat, but apparently some will also do a bit on the lower checks as well. Honestly, though, I'd think long and hard before getting that sort of thing done. You lose fat from the face as you age, and there may come a time when you're happy that you had as much fat on your face to start with. Kirstie Alley's face actually looks pretty good for a woman her age.
Also, we tend to think of liposuction as benign, and it is relative to other forms of surgery, but any type of surgery is extremely traumatic. You disrupt the normal tissue structure, and when it heals it's never quite the same again. It isn't that big a deal when you're dealing with the waist or hips, but subjecting large portions of your face to it is another matter entirely, particularly in the long run.
Do you have any plans for losing weight in general in a sustainable way? If so, you might see a little change in your face, and that might be enough to make you a bit less self-conscious about it.

I had the same exact problem. When I was 18 I weighed about the same as I do now in my early 30s. I will tell u that I used to get really frustrated about this too. My face is still very round and the truth said I look younger because of how round it is. Someone guessed I was like 8 years younger than I actually am last night. Try to bare with it if possible bc as u age it truly will keep u young. I weigh 131-132 to be exact and I am ur height.
You wanna know what's hilarious, I'm the same height (5'4) and I weigh 93 lbs...AND I STILL HAVE A FAT FACE. It's so weird, because every girl I've ever seen that's as skinny as I am or even a good 20 lbs heavier still seems to have a thinner face then I do. I have no cheekbone definition what so ever. My ex bf used to call me puffy cheeks. I don't have a round face, it's actually oval, and I still have this issue. I would kill for some cheek definition and a tighter jaw line. I do get told I look a lot younger than my age too like someone else mentioned, so I wonder if this is related.
I think this is the reason why in every picture I do, I'm making a pucker kissy face to accentuate the cheekbones that I don't have!

My best friend has chubby cheeks, but she's one of the most beautiful people I know. My mom also has chubby cheeks -- she's 50 and she looks like she's 30. They will make you age very gracefully. If you got surgery to fix it, it's possible that you would look older than you are and age more quickly in the long run.
I have chubby cheeks, but I don't really look "fat," I just have a babyface (chubby cheeks + big eyes)... which sucks, too. : \ Contouring really helps me. The way you style your hair can also change the way your face looks, so you might want to think about that, as well.

uck i have an extremely disproportionately fat face too. i hate it sooooo much. when i touch other peoples faces im so shocked at how bony they are! my cheeks have a huge layer of fat that other people just seem to lack. i also look fat in headshots. hell i have a fatter face at 110lbs than most 200lb people! same deal with my legs. i have really fat legs. ive seen 200 lb women with thinner legs than me. yet my arms and boobs are tiny.

there's a girl like that at the club I work at. she's TEENYYY but her face is so chubby and guys L-O-V-E it!!! it's such a young look!
I have heard of buccal fat pad reduction but can't understand why anyone would want it. I had a fat face, but the great thing is that when you get older you look naturally younger.
All the celebs are having fillers injected into their faces (including cheeks) to look younger and just end up looking weird.

aghh! well i have the same problem.. my little petite sister calls me a brats doll because i have a little body and a big head. high chuby cheekbones, square jaw, etc.
In the morning if you put something cold on your face it will reduce the puffiness. Also, chammomile tea and dandelion tea are diuretics and will reduce puffiness. Don't feel like you need surgery to "correct this" . Sounds like you have classic and lovely eastern european features and lots of models look like this! Thanks for the calcium tip - I have gone dairy free this month and I've stopped losing weight, and gotten puffier , yuk.
Most importantly, don't drink alcohol. It will make your skin mushy, mottled, and swollen the next day. This is from a book, not sure of the title, about how to look and feel younger.

Don't do anything to your face!! Seriously! I had the roundest South Park Character face until recently. I hated my face too. I was always using tons of contour to create hollows.
Now, I'm 39 and have some definition, but because of my round face, I've been guessed as much as 15 yrs. younger. Women are getting radiesse to fill up their cheeks when they get older or if they lose a lot of weight (like 20lbs. or more).
Women (and men) w/ angular faces tend to look older, although that look is striking.
Embrace your face, girl.

I have found that minimizing my alcohol consumption, table salt, and eating processed foods makes my face less puffy. Any kind of enriched white flour (bread, pasta) makes my face bloat the next day.

I used to have a lot of baby fat in my face. It thins over time. Don't mess with it b/c you will want the residual fat to keep your look youthful in your thirties.
Use makeup tricks to make your face look thinner. Bronzers, shadows and highlighting do this.
I also have a chubby face in proportion to my body. In addition to makeup contouring, make sure your hair cut/style is a good one for your face shape. I hate that I have so little choices and can't get cute hair cuts I see, but the sad truth is that only certain kinds will look good on round faces. The wrong style will just make it look worse. And when you go to take pictures, make sure you tilt your head down. If I don't, I get horrible double chin in pictures.

eh i have no fat on my face and the bones stick out and i wish i had a fatty face! face liposuction maybe? they also have surgery in thailand where they will chisel down your excessive jaw or too-big cheekbones.

I had a chubby face FOREVER, even though I was not overweight. After 25 it went down a bit. When I stopped drinking it went down more. When I stopped eating grains, it thinned even further. I still have a round face but diet and more cardio helped. Everything else is just genetic but if you are considering surgery I'd go to someone who specialized in facial reconstruction only/mostly.

This is way late considering when the original post was made but please, at 19, don't do anything to your face! It's totally normal to have baby fat at that age. I had the same issue, had a fat looking face even when I was anorexic and now I'm SO GLAD I did because I'm 31 and people think I'm way younger than I actually am. I got mine from being part Cherokee, but people always think I'm Eastern European or Russian. If I were you, though, and it still bothers you, just go on youtube and check out videos on contouring. A little carefully used bronzer can give you more definition.

BOTM, I feel your pain! I went through a period where I felt the exact same way about my face... then I started on ADDerall and it drained my face of all the baby fat ( I kind of miss it now, actually)
Anyway, I haven't read all the posts so I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet but when I was concerned about my own face and wishing to make it slimmer, I found some "facial" exercises online that are supposed to be a legit alternative to plastic surgery....
(this one looks REALLY good)
I haven't tried all of these, but hopefully these can help you get started
Also, you may want to consider investing in a facial slimming roller:
Or this:
Getting the right haircut will also make your face less chubby. Consult a stylist that you trust to get his/her opinion on what style will frame your face the best and make it look slimmer
Here is a facelift procedure available in NY that is specifically for contouring and slimming the face:
Thermage is also an option if the less "invasive" treatments don't work. I have seen some of the results and they are pretty impressive.
Depending on the underlying cause, creams for puffy faces might work too. There was one I used to use by St. Ives and it was created for the whole face,, not just under your eyes. It worked wonders! There might even be facial slimming creams out on the market, i'm not sure but perhaps you can consult a plastic surgeon/dermatologist to find out if there is anything worth investing inGood luck and I hope this helps!
