Properly. (Since you are a noob, a trainer will help with this. Don't get the trainer that looks like a skinnyfat chick. Duh.)
Eat protein. (Yes, going non-veg will help with this. I recommend that move.)
Beware: Training HARD at the gym will make you more hungry. Be careful that you don't start overeating in response, and masking all your progress.
