Default Is MFC workable if you suffer from Anxiety?

Everyone gets anxious.... except my anxiety tends to go overboard when : I am not kept busy, or if it feels to me as if something is not working.

Sites like Streamate and MFC have made me money in the past. But i have to be mindful of my health to be honest.

    I need help.

I love to perform, But i dont like my time wasted. I need advice. Could MFC ever work for me in this condition?

Can anybody offer me site advice? Like i kinda need sites I dont always have to be logged on to make money. I am not burned out at all.

But Im seriously looking for a new direction.

the hours i put it and the money I make dont add up anymore.

and it seems like WCC booted me, and i still dont have the reason 1 hr later after being booted off cam and locked out my MP account.

Im dscouraged, sad, and feeling really REALLY resentful, for leaving my own site to waste my time on mainstream'

this whoel thought is unorganized.... but please bear with me. Im trying not to cry.... my livelyhood will be on the line if I dont get it right...

I have very high anxiety. I do well on MFC. Just keep chatting, dancing, moving. I actually find that when I'm on there alot of the anxieties I have are on the back burner because I am entertaining. Mfc is full of timewasters, just be short and sweet, because some of mine had turned into big tippers. They were my first site, I tried switching over to sm, aw ect... But always go back to them. Yes you have to hustle, you sweetie to all of us is the goddess of hustle! The most important and key thing to mfc is to have fun, and if your not fake it. The guys there thrive on a model that is happy, fun and has a brain I am sure you have all of those qualities

I'm that way somewhat too. I really do not like spending time on cam when the $ doesn't come in and I lose patience fast. (probably the main reason MFC didn't work for me - I see from a lot of hosts it took them a lot of time to build up regs).

Maybe you could splitcam and run two or three sites like Adultwork or Skinvideo in group mode that have an option for no free chat.

CW ur not a mainstream girl like a lot of us are and you know it. My nerves are bad as well and thats why I only do MFC 2x weekly because thats all I can handle. SM is 5-6days because thats the site that I started with and make the most on. If indy worked for you than hustle hard babes.

Yeah, I want you to do a fetish crossover with indy and sitework.
I want you to spend 1-2 hous a day on mainstream sites poaching clients- not considering it work time, but just marketing time.

Hahah, I want this -personally- because I will be furious if I never see another hustle hard post.

^yes. this. I don't suffer from anxiety either but MFC totally makes me upset if I don't get anything quickly, and consistently. It's not that people are watching me for free, because on other sites where I'm in free chat I don't mind chilling out, but it's just that there are SO MANY FREELOADERS. some sites i'll have like 10-20 people viewing. 2-4 talking. and the other site isn't popular so i know my trained NF guys aren't watching me for free when they have to pay $2 to even contact me on niteflirt... they don't even know that site exists lil!

but oh no. on mfc if you do anything interesting at all, like... oh... stand up, turn around, and run fingers through your hair... you get like 70+ beggars, all telling you what the fuck to do, without tipping a nickel. AND my trained NF boys just gawk at me and tell me on skype that they are watching. it freaks me out.

i second what bun said. go fetish. go indy. and steal customers from mainstream sites to convert to indy. i think even going into mainstream with that specific goal makes it a bit better.

I suffer from anxiety as well. I've been on medication for that. I can't stand MFC, I can spend 30 minutes there trying to get an answer from someone to a simple question like "can you guys hear me". I hate unresponsive people, in real or virtual life and that makes me nervous. Besides, MFC would make my anxiety worse since I feel I would have to be thinking about it even when I'm not on cam (like, preparing boards, games, whatever). I wanna go online, make money, log off and forget about camming. This is just a job, it's not who I am, I don't want my online life to be infecting my spare time off cam. I feel that MFC requires that a little, or a lot.

Always remember that there is nothing stopping you from logging out at any time. If you get overwhelmed, take a break.

I agree with the other ladies. MFC is a tough site to crack, especially now when so many models are established. I can get things rolling on lots of different sites pretty quickly but MFC is just a different ball game.

And it is so discouraging to see you cam score keeping going down even if you are earning more tokens! They also don't really have fetish and femdom traffic, or at least that is my experience.

I think you'll get caught up watching the other models putting in so much time doing raffles and games and get stressed out. Personally I would hate to run my shows like that.

That's not to say I think MFC is a bad site or that the models are doing bad shows. Those models are inspiring! But it isn't for everyone.

Sometimes you just need to charge a higher price and go for quality or type of client over quantity.

^ Hey CamWhore, Sorry you going through all that right now but it will get better. I don't really have anxiety but I am a shy person at times...LOL But I have been on MFC and even though it is lively and fun, the money wasn't the best for me so I will be closing my account on there. It just does not seem like it is for me.

But the girls mentioned a lot of great advice. Don't stress yourself out more than you have to, stick with what you are best at and go hard with it. =)

I know you said you are not burned out with cam work at all and also that your lively hood will be on the line but is there anyway that you can have more ways of having an income instead of cam work or similar types of gigs alone? Do you think you could make time to also hustle another gig while you also do cam work so that sometimes, rather or not you are burned out, you can just earn income from a totally different avenue?

That way you have a plan B and safety net when cam is doing it's roller coaster ride.LOL

Yes, it can be overwhelming but it will give you a bigger peace of mind when you have another steady income coming in with cam too. You can still make cam work your bread and butter but keep the other gig on hand as a backup more so for just in case....

I don't know, just trying to help girl. Hope it works out for you and it will *HUGS*

I certainly wouldn't blame you for wanting to take a day or two off...especially when it comes to MFC. That site is stressing me out lately. It's the only cam site where I feel the need to do raffles, contests, games, and all this other shit, just so I can get some damn tokens out of these dudes. I've become obsessed with searching the internet for the perfect St. Patrick's Day raffle prize...wtf? I'm having the hardest time making $100 on that site. I can only think of 2 or 3 different occasions when I've made $100 or higher on there in a day. Today I didn't even make enough damn tokens to get naked (500 to get naked, as a friend had suggested), and then at one point, MFC was being retarded and logged me out of my chatroom.

I've gotta stop depriving myself of sleep. It's not healthy, and my left eye is looking all fucked-up lately (all red).
