Default Child murderer to be freed in August

I'm not a violent man but I would kill this guy in a minute if he did that to my son & was freed.

Sick. He'll just do it again. There was a case here about ten years ago where this convicted rapist and child murderer was released after killing and raping a child. A few months later he did it again.

There's a special place in hell for these cretins. They should NEVER be released. I think it's horrific that you are more likely to do more time with drug offenses than murder.

Disgusting, It says they had his journal and it described killing the young boy but they took him at a lesser charge of second degree murder?? He should of gotten the death penalty a long time ago. I don't believe in redemption for these psychopaths, This is what's currently wrong with our system, I've always believe In the though that if you purposely take an innocent life, then you should lose your own, Maybe to some religious types out there it may seem wrong to not believe in correcting your "sins" or having mercy on someone with mental problems but I think everything equals out, If you take purposely take innocent life, you should have your life ended. I'm surprised no other inmates took his life, I've known a few guys who've spent time in CIM, Quentin and Folsom and any of the inmates who hurt children/women were treated very severely by the others, I'm suprised he has survived in prison this long.

This is very big news right now in RI. I remember when it happened.Apparently, the woman who prosecuted him is now a judge and said they plead the case out to avoid publicizing all the facts of the case, which involve cannibalism. The killer apparently behaved in such a manner while imprisoned that 40 years was reduced 28 for "good time". The victim's father has promised to kill the guy if he gets released and there are articles in the local paper about attempts to keep him locked up and public demonstration to effectuate that.

This kind of shit just infuriates me!! Good behavior??! The man is a psychopath and could easily be acting "good". Just look at him. He looks like a perverted, disgusting waste of skin.
