silly bear of course!I see too many fat chicks in the club that make me want to stick my finger down my throat! get a membership to a gym that's open 24 hours. I have one at planet fitness and I go 4x a week. I do the eliptical, freeweights, overhead press, chest press, etc.

Temptest must be one of those quiet gym goers.

I do when I have time or am bored. I stopped going to the gym (i hate driving there, its always busy and the people are rude). My concern is my legs, I do squats, ludges a lot, a few others for my back and sit ups.. pretty much it. It really depends waht you want to achieve. I just like to look toned. I dont do anything on my arms or chest (due to BA but, i used to do push ups and use my weights often)

Working out will actually give you more energy long term. I prefer to do classes and go with a buddy so we force each other to go. 5pm classes are good for me because thats usually when uni ends and if Im working I dont start till 9 or 10pm. It doesnt make me sore really since Ive been working out pretty heavily for 12 years. I get a massive endorphin rush after and feel like Im on top of the world.

also, do you ladies go before or after work???

I'm assuming tempest goes after considering she mentions a 24 hour gym

Yes, I workout on top of dancing.
I run and do pushups, sit ups, squats...a bunch of shit my personal trainer showed me a while back.

I workout for an hour almost every time before I go into work. Its part of my pre-goingintowork routine.

Yoga and a tad bit of cardio keeps me in killer shape for now. I also eat incredibly healthy, so I think it's more than than the gym going. I maybe go in 3 times a week for that.
If you like to move your body, my favourite alternative to gym going is to take dance classes. I take swing and modern right now...
I usually aim to jog at least 3 mornings every week on top of dancing. If I've had a load of dances I've had to do in the week I usually cut down on jogging. But yeah, gotta keep my A-game up, so exercising *on top of stripping, is a must

Pilates! If you want long lean legs, small toned core, toned booty, and lovely posture.

I excercise and mix it up between cardio, free weights, swiss ball and the power plates. I try to make it to the gym at least 3x/week, and if not I work out at home using my swiss ball.

Well, working three or four times a week for six hours is more than enough for me.
The bigger ladies are usually losing their baby weight (the ones that I know); I've seen tons of "fat" strippers getting rid of the baby weigh in about ten-sixteen weeks.

Heading to the gym in a bit![]()

I love Gold's Gym, but the corporate ones are totally different from the franchise ones. One is really good, and one sucks, can't remember which..... I added on my roommates membership for $15 bi weekly, and I have another membership at the Verandah, which is at a really upscale hotel, because its like a country club, it has a eucalyptus steam room, outdoor track, dry sauna, everything! That one costs me around $60 per month

I second golds gym. I dont have a membership anymore, but when I did I loved it.

I am a BIG fan of anytime fitness. I love that I can workout anywhere in the country, 24/6/365. I've been to many of the locations throughout the US, and they have always been very clean with updated equipment.
Working out on top of dancing is vital, imo. Dancers can make great money, but we also put a lot of money and time into our appearance. I feel sexy, fit, and like I have an edge over my competition because I put in daily time at the gym.
