I have some, they are spaghetti strapped and adjustable. I used them both before and after my BA. They're pretty tight and work well just by smooshing you down. I think I got them from Wal-Mart. I have another from Victoria's Secret that has an adjustable back band and works well, too.

Sometimes I just wear a normal bra with a sports bra over it, it may be overkill but goddammit the girls don't move a smidge!

    Since when is a 30 C small?

^ This is the BEST sports bra I have ever worn. It has adjustable straps, removable cups, and doesn't give you a uni-boob. It has really good shaping for a sports bra, so it suits both small and large sizes. I'm a 32DD and my chest doesn't bounce at all when I run in this. They have a store in Beverly Hills, you might want to check out the other bra styles they have too. Even though you're a 30 band size, their bands seem to run small so you could prob get away with a 32. I wear mine on the loosest ring and it's still a little snug. Kinda expensive, but it was totally worth it for me.
