    Dizzy Shaving Vs Waxing...

I know there is prob a ton of tress about this but its hard to sort through them on my cell. I'm curious about the pros and cons of waxing vs shaving. There is a wax salon here, but I had my eyebrows waxed therr once and it was a bunch of high school aged girls and they did an awful job. I thought they would have had a license of some kind??? I don't trust them to do my whole body. I have always shaved...is that okay? And I don't wasn't to shave my arms. I never have before...do I have to? They aren't very hairy at all...

Its your choice whether your wax or shave. Working in a SC often, I shave. Waxing requires that you wait 4-6 weeks before another wax. In those waiting weeks, I would not be comfortable working with hair all over my kitty.

Ask them to see their liscense if you are worried. The two ladies that have waxed me at the same salon, both had their liscense posted on the wall. Just ask to see their liscense. If you are asking this question about working in a SC, then I suggest shaving. Who told you, you have to shave your arms.. You dont have to.

To wax you're supposed to have an Aesthetics or Cosmetology License.

A friend of mine, who doe have a few health issues, got a boil-like infection from waxing. She & I both went to the same lady @ the same place, who yes was licensed. I used to think waxing was better, & I've done it at home, but agree w/above it's a pain having to let hair grow out so you can re-wax. Not to mention, it rips the top layer of skin off. I have those tiny mini shavers so I use those. I have an epilator for my legs only, it's too harsh anywhere else.

i prefer wax because its smoother than I can get from shaving. I guess I'm not good at shaving or something. For me waxing doesn't hurt at all & my pubic hair grows back slowly so I guess I'm an ideal candidate.

you could perhaps just get a wax to cut back on growth time & then touch it up by shaving.
