I don't have a whole lot of advice...just wanted to say I know how hard it is when you don't feel like you're at the top of your game. I've found putting on weight to be really difficult to deal with in general; it can change how you feel about yourself beyond just your appearance. Now that I've lost the extra weight I feel so much better. I feel like myself again (as cliche as that sounds!). I know you're in a tough place right now though - it's really a vicious cycle. Do you have a friend that also needs to get back into shape? That can really help. Anyway, just wanted to say that I was thinking of you![]()
