    Default Kettlebell

SO i just bought a 5kg kettlebell after hearing how amazing it is.
I have my holiday end of june and really want to lose weight and get in shape for it. I will be happy to lose 15 pounds and i know diet plays a lot in it but i have been so good lately so feel i should work on exercise now.
Has anyone got one/seen great results with one?

My husband and I are using Jillian Michael's Shred It with Weights http://www.amazon.com/Jillian-Michae.../dp/B003TJM69C

We are seeing great results! I love it! I really recommend the DVD, or really any DVD with kettlebell work outs until you get the hang of the movements on your own then you can put together your own work out ( I do that when I get bored with the same routine on DVD's). Just a warning, one of the moves Jillian does in Level 1 I think is improper form as the kettlebell hits the back of your forearm pretty hard and I don't think that is normal lol. You'll notice it in the work out- other than that one move, everything else is awesome!
    Good luck!

ETA: I've also heard this lady's series are good too http://www.amazon.com/Kettlebells-Co...1790493&sr=1-2
I haven't tried them yet, but probably will.

Hello I'm new here but just wanted to say a quick "hello". I have a kettlebell workout by lauren brooks and it is fabolous! The title is: The Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning with Kettlebells. In it there are two workouts 12min. fat blast or under 40min bodysculpt. I have a 7lb kettlebell and a 15lb one. I really only use the 7lb one but with this dvd you only have to work out 3days a week and still see results. My friend noticed results before I did at the club. Bottom Line a must buy, I even have a review on the website.

Some of the exercises in the video involve push up to jump to squat, stand up and then back down, (hard to explain), russian twists, foldover to crunch, dead lifts etc, all theses things will work your core, definitely be consistent at least 3 days and I believe you'll see results all over including the stomach area

THis can do amazing things for you posterior!

    http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog...tlebell-swing/

the book "the 4 hour body" is amazing, but the kettle ball swing is a whole chapter in the book (almost) because of how effective it is!

basically he does a whole bunch of experiments - actually testing of different things and shows you with data how effective things are- from die to work outs. He also works with some great athletes.
