In store for brands I have never dealt with as being able to try things on and see how they look on me and be able to return them, online for brands I am familiar with (bonus if it can be returned in store and there's one nearby) since I can usually find them for cheaper.

Clothes, shoes, purses, makeup, and skincare I want to get in a store, or at least try them on/test them in the store. Then, maybe I will order them online, but only when I know EXACTLY what I want, and what color and/or size it should be.

I almost always order video games and movies online. Amazon Prime is the BEST for that. I also get most of my witchcraft stuff from Etsy. Also, stuff from places like Pottery Barn or Williams-Sonoma I like to order online, but I love going into their stores just to browse and get ideas.
