    OH MY GOODNESS!! I LOVE turbo jam!! Charlene is amazing and sooo much fun also,so count me in. I would like to become a dancer by the end of July. So that gives me a good amount of time. I want:
    -a flatter stomach
    -toned arms and legs
    -clearer skin

    I would also like to add other activities to my workout. Such as bike riding,pole dancing classes and kickboxing. I'm ready...I'm ready(in my spongebob voice)

    i have turbo jam too! i love charlene's winning attitude lol it makes it fun

    o o o o o o o o plzz count me in!! Im going on vacay in may to Palm Beach Florida!! so i HAVE to be bikini teeny!! lol I've already cut out sodas and tea....now just drink water pretty much and sometimes juice. Now i just need to add a workout.

    I have P90x but i felt that i could do my own thing and get results in certain spots (abs, butt) a LOT faster than what I was getting. But OMG if anybody wants a badass ASS workout then look up 8 min buns (its oldschool)on youtube. LOVE IT!! and u can always amp it up by adding leg weights and doing it twice like at the beginning of a workout and then at the very end. But don't work out the same muscles everyday..give at least a day between.

    Hope i stick this out!! GOOD LUCK LADIES!!

    I'm in. I've put so much weight on from being ill and the medication I needed to stabilise me when I had a relapse earlier this year.

    I'm considering the 30 day Shred or Turbo Jam because it looks so much fun. So long as I don't need to stand on my toes or stand on one leg too often, I should be good to go. Also, swimming a couple of days a week.

    i have class all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays and work almost every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, plus a random night during the week for call-ins so im going to schedule my plan around that...

    Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:
    15 minutes speed walking on treadmill warm-up
    30 minutes interval training on the elliptical
    15 minutes speed walking on treadmill cool-down
    15-20 minutes stretching
    strength training for arms, legs, butt, & back


    Tuesdays & Thursdays:
    in the morning before class, do 30 minutes of ab work, followed by stretching.


    Saturday & Sunday:
    if i have time (sometimes i get home at 8 am, sleep till 4, then have work at 6) go on a long walk--that way i burn some extra calories without completely wearing myself out before work.



    DIET PLAN
    breakfast--either egg white omelet with lots of veggies and some fat free cheese or kashi go lean cereal with skim milk

    lunch--large salad loaded with veggies and a little bit of grilled chicken or shrimp

    dinner--something healthy that my bf makes ( lol )

    Count me in... I'm not too worried about losing lbs, but want to tone up for a vacay at the end of April... I've been doing hardcore 2hr a day workouts for the last 2 wks, but diet isn't in check yet :/

    ok i think i have edited the list to where it is up to date so far. we have a really good number of girls participating, im excited about this! still working on my exercise routine, and currently debating whether or not to go on an all-out diet lol

    I've never done Turbo Jam, but you can get the Shred dvd at Target for about 15 bucks. And it's only twenty minutes long, so you can either tack on some more cardio or get on with your day. You'll need hand weights if you don't have any. Try to stay at 5 lbs or below, Jillian is all about the high reps with low weight.

    Hmm Ive never heard of Shred before, so it's good? Right now the workout DVD collections I have are:


    -Turbo Jam
    -The Pussycat Dolls Workout
    -Kim Kardashian's "Fit in Your Jeans by Friday" workout series
    -Taebo ( I have almost all of them lol)



    I also have a gym close to me that I'm a member of, so I'm definitely going to incorporate the the tredmill in my workout. I always run/jog/speed walk on an incline, always!! I literally double the amount of carlories I burn in an hour when I set the incline high enough, and it really lefts and tones my butt and my calves So that's my biggest workout secret lol. I'm definitely going to do cardio at least once a day, for an hour. Now I just need to figure out how many times a week I'm going to do toning exercises, and which ones. I REALLY want to work on getting nice abs, but not like a rectangle shape like some of the yoga girls, I want the most dramatic hourglass possible! And I also need to firm up my arms, and want to do shaping exercises that will give me a rounder, bigger, bubble butt. Basically I want a video vixen body but slimmer, just in the same proportions if that makes sense.


    Btw, I know that people say spot weight loss is impossible, but does anyone have any recommendations for some workout compression gear that actually accelerates weight loss in a specific area? Even if it's just increasing the loss of water weight that's fine, because my diet tends to be high in sodium so a lot of the extra pounds slooshing around in my body are probably water anyway, since I tend to drink a lot of it.

    Lol so do I! I have all the videos!!I already love dancing, so turbo jam is a great way to work hard and have fun. Also since I do the videos so much sometimes I just listen to my own music and dance using some moves Charlene taught me! I love riding my bike also!

    I did the Shred again today (go me!). Went much better than the first time, I noticed that my strength is good but my endurance is for shit. I need to start running or something. (Boo!)

    I also need to start drinking a lot more water. I gave up soda completely for a couple months last year and dropped 5 lbs almost immediately, my skin cleared up and my pms went away completely. So yeah, add that to my list.

    Hiiii! I'm back! Ok so most of you know that I had some serious health problems I was dealing with so between that, some depression, medication side effects, etc I've gained like 30 POUNDS!!!!!!
    So I am sooooo in! I plan on getting engaged this year (even if I have to put my 7" stripper heel up his ass to do it! ) And I demand to be back to my sexy self when it all goes down, lol.

    I will be back to edit more about my plan but so far I've got...

    -Crunches and other ab exercises every day
    -Get back on my stripper pole. My arms have never been so strong as when I used it
    -Start running again every night

    I basically want to lose the 30 pounds I gained. I just want to be slimmed down and toned up again.

    Hey hun..ya at first i could only do it once and thats all my ASS could handle lol but then after a few times of doing it..i would get up real early in the morning do it first thing then do some other working out like w/ machines then i would do it again after my workout. And i did that every other day. If you workout ur ass like everyday ur doing urself more harm than good..ur muscles need a day of rest. That's y u need to have arm day..leg day..ect... hope this helped babe!! =)

    Ive already lost since 4 pounds since saying I was going to do this! I love Fat blaster!

    I will be exercising 5 times a week. Doing power yoga and turbo jam's Fat blaster and Cardio Party remix! ( my 2 favorites!)

    My goal is to lose 15+ pounds by May 11th (more like 20)

    I have already lost 96 pounds! in a year and half! I want to get my last 30 pounds out of the way!

    As for what I will being eating, EVERYTHING
    I know how to eat right and I know how to portion control. So food is never a problem for me Just gotta keep pressing play on that video everyday!

    I am definitely interested. I am about to make my way into camming, and have been learning as much as I can and trying to look my best. Sign me up!

    My goal: more overall toning, lose a tiny bit of tummy fat, and round out butt

    Diet: Mostly vegetarian, avoid fatty foods, eat lots of fruits, veggies, and nuts

    Exercise: Do 50 minute "Dancing with the Stars" cardio video every other to every day. Do some stomach and butt toning routines every day (leg lifts, crunches, etc).

    Any advice or suggestions on this plan are welcome!
