OH MY GOODNESS!! I LOVE turbo jam!! Charlene is amazing and sooo much fun also,so count me in. I would like to become a dancer by the end of July. So that gives me a good amount of time. I want:
-a flatter stomach
-toned arms and legs
-clearer skin
I would also like to add other activities to my workout. Such as bike riding,pole dancing classes and kickboxing. I'm ready...I'm ready(in my spongebob voice)![]()

So that's my biggest workout secret lol. I'm definitely going to do cardio at least once a day, for an hour. Now I just need to figure out how many times a week I'm going to do toning exercises, and which ones. I REALLY want to work on getting nice abs, but not like a rectangle shape like some of the yoga girls, I want the most dramatic hourglass possible! And I also need to firm up my arms, and want to do shaping exercises that will give me a rounder, bigger, bubble butt. Basically I want a video vixen body but slimmer, just in the same proportions if that makes sense.
) And I demand to be back to my sexy self when it all goes down, lol.
