    Default Implant Concern

Today while running at the gym I could feel my implant moving....it felt like something moving around under my skin in my breast. It's done this before sporatically so I'm not sure what made it bother me so much today but I'm getting anxious that something is wrong Anyone experience anything like this while running?

If you have smooth implants as opposed to textured, it is normal for them to move around in the pocket. You should be able to push the implant around a bit. Like up towards your chin a few inches, out to the side a little, and down a little. Some docs recommend that you do this as part of the massage and maintenance. It keeps the pocket loose so that you do not end up with capsular contracture.
