1. Be healthy - cut out the junk food, eat regular healthy small meals, drop any excess weight, don't smoke or drink excessively, go to the gym on your spare nights, drink plenty of water and eat before you go to the club. Your body needs to be working efficiently because you're going to be asking alot of it.
2. Try to ensure that you can get home to get a shower before you go to the club - this helps separate your dayjob time from your nightjob time. Having a shower, put on some music whilst you get ready helps you switch your mindframe and re-energise you.
3. Don't work too far from home - time is important, you will need to know that you can get home relatively quickly to get to bed after work.
4. Make sure the manager of the club knows you have a 9 - 5. If you are a good dancer (turn up on time, when you say you will, be clean, don't get caugt up in drama) then good management will be sympathetic and try to ensure you get cashed up and out at the agreed time each night.
5. Only work as many shifts as you think possible. I used to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday at first then added Wednesdays to the mix.
6. Don't get drunk - alcohol saps your energy and you can't afford this. Have a two drink limit each night and stick to this. There are plenty of tips and tricks for avoiding alcohol in the club.
7. Be organized - Sleep well on your days off, make sure your laundry and chores get done, have a 'dance bag' that is arranged with all of your stripper wear ready to go for the week.
I followed all of the above and never burned out and made enough to pay off my boobjob, buy some great holidays and a new kitchen as well as maintain a nice lifestyle that meant my fridge was never empty of champagne and smoked salmon. Nowadays, my fridge is just empty! lol
