I just re-read this post and realized how ridiculous it sounds. I'd like to add that my goal is to work in a super upscale gentlemen's club, and that I can't ask a man to drop a grand on me if I don't look my best.

i did not know whats your goal but still look good enough for me to work for upscale club. I was at upscale nude club couple days ago and a lady was there thick (not definatly fat!).... She was absolutly so pretty and sexy all eyes were on her .... another girls were fine but her curves was really impressive. maybe because she was so beatiful... i think unless u are not fat body type is not really an issue for makin money. being extremly skinny is not the best option all the time. some body types doesnt look so hot even they are skinny enough. Some people are not naturally sexy even though they are skinny or toned.

Although I think you look great from your pics, you might suffer from being "skinny fat". Don't take it the wrong way, I too recently discovered that I'm suffering from the same phenomenon. Basically, us naturally skinny people tend to make poor lifestyle choices (aka eating junk food, not exercising) because we can get away with it..until we start getting older and notice that even though we haven't really gained weight, certain areas are looking a little sloppier. It's not uncommon for someone who is "skinny fat" to weight maybe 110 pounds, but have a body fat percentage of over 30 (healthy range for women is between 14-24).
I don't know how old you are, but I'm almost 30 and am starting to feel (and see) the effects of eating everything and anything I wanted for practically 29 years. It sucks, but I did an overhall of my diet (cut out a LOT of sugar and fat, eating way more veggies and fruits and low-fat protein sources, it's not perfect but I'm getting there) and started doing more strength training. I also just stared taking Tonalin to help gain more lean muscle. That's basically what us "skinny fat" people need-not to lose weight, but to gain muscle so we can burn fat more appropriately.
I never thought these words would EVER come out of MY mouth, but eating well and exercising really does make a huge difference. Tons of water also.

Pretty much everything she said......I'm not saying don't exercise or eat right... but don't stress too much! Just work on improving yourself. And +10 for the paleness.....

Looking good/acceptable and looking your best are two different things: the former can be done by some with decent genetics, not allowing themselves to gain too much weight, getting some exercise via dancing, etc.

The latter takes hard work and consistent work.

    Good luck!

Ah, skinny fat. I think that's it. I'm actually only 19, and I do eat moderately healthy, just sometimes in larger quantities than I should.

    Thanks for the advice, ladies.

You look skinny to me. Its really hard to look toned when you are pale. You pretty much have to be super duper muscular and 100% lean to see much definition on pale skin.

^^^ I didn't actually know that. My calves are the only part of my body that look impressively "Toned" on this pale skin bag I'm in.

You look really great to me! I can see what you mean about love handles, but they're not noticeable.

I think you should gradually add some more exercise into your routine (because everyone should), but don't go crazy with immediate crash diet or anything.

    I LOVE your pale skin!

If you would feel better looking better, it can't hurt to spend a little time on your body.

You look good enough to take your time and do your research before embarking down a weight loss path, however, so you should definitely do that.

    +1

I fail to see any problems or chub in your pics. I've actually gotten thicker myself (not saying you have!)... but I continue to walk around like I'm the hottest shit ever. You know what? Guys like it. Confidence attracts.

Being toned can absolutely be sexy, but so can being softer. I don't feel like in this day and age there's one strict way to be sexy, even in an upscale club. As long as you're healthy, if you're hot, happy, and making money, I wouldn't stress.

Thanks for the post. I understand how you feel completely! Personally, I have been having a hard time making money lately because I don't feel like I "deserve" or am "worth" a guy paying me for one of the $20 or $35 dollars dances at my club. I feel that if they are gonna pay that they should ge a top of the line girl, and I don't feel that way at all. I gained 25 lbs from anti-depressants, and the curse of the cellulite that I have been genetically pre-determined to get is starting to rear it's ugly head for me at 30. While there isn't much to be done about the cellulite, I NEED to tone up big time. I have been so behind money wise that I haven't paid my gym in 2 months and now I owe them over $200 Now that rent is paid, and bills are caught up, the first $200 I make this week is going to my gym, no matter what!!!

HI!!! THIS IS ME!! I turned 30 back in September and I have noticed these changes in my body big time. The medication I was on didn't help, but at the same time I blame alot of this on my eating habits. I've never had a problem with exercising, and have always remained very active. I've got no problems whatsoever with getting in the gym or exercising. I am locked out from my gym right now cause I owe them money, but in the meantime I have been biking, walking and doing YouTube videos. MY problem is FOOD. I've never truly dieted. I eat mostly healthy things, and keep all food in my house very nutirtious, but the problem with me is takeout and eating out. I eat good all week but on the weekends I do bad, very very bad. Mexican food and McDonald's.....no good.

^If you've never dieted... learning to eat better SUCKS at first. Don't try to restrict everything to the point where you're gonna binge when the weekend rolls around.
If you want a burger, get a burger. Don't get huge fries and drink something other than soda.
IMO: Eating one bad thing in a day > eating bad all weekend

To whoever said many girls who weigh 110 lbs end up having a BMI over 30...... errrrrrr.... just FYI, that would only be possible for someone who is shorter than four foot three..... did you mean BODYFAT PERCENTAGE over 30%? :-/

OP, you are a sexy bitch (no, those aren't lovehandles.. they're just your hips), but if you feel like you maybe might be starting to slip into unhealthy skinnyfatness, it's probably a good idea to start thinking about dropping some bad habits, and forming some healthy new ones.

    Here is my input:

-Clean up your diet. Get out of the habit of eating garbage. (Everyone should do this.)
-Start hitting the gym, but... not for the cardio - hit up the free weights and the weight machines. BUILD SOME MUSCLE!!!
-Get the idea of 'weight loss' out of your head NOW, and don't let it back in there. You do NOT need to 'lose weight'. Quite frankly, if you start doing some weight training, you will firm yourself up, be stronger, and look AMAZING.... and you will probably weigh five lbs MORE than you do now. Who the fuck cares what the scale says, if you look and feel FANTASTIC?!! That's just silly!
-DO NOT get out of the habit of acting like a million bucks. A sexy, confident attitude will make up for a LOT of other shortcomings. ;-)

That's your to-do list. Go get it done. :-)
