Americanmade18 on most sites.
Looks like another version of the "tan towels" which i happen to like btw...BUT if ur not careful they will leave streaks.
Are tanning beds really that bad though?
I go once a week, for 6-8 min
Maybe I should look into something like this...

I'm sorry but that is false. Any exposure to UV rays is potentially dangerous, putting you at risk for skin cancer and other skin diseases. And of course it's one of the greatest (if not the top) factor in rapid aging of the skin...wrinkles, spots, etc.
That being said, obviously you can't hide from the sun but avoiding unnecessary exposure is critical!
Small amounts of UV exposure are not that bad. In the 80s and early 90s, dermatologists often referred patients with skin conditions such as eczema and rosacea to tanning salons because UV exposure is good for those conditions. They also do this now but not nearly as much. The only reason that it is now frowned upon is that dermatologists are now getting kickbacks from sunscreen companies. It has been said that if dermatologists could bottle sunlight and sell it, they would.
There are also studies that show that regular UV exposure reduces the chances of other types of cancer such as uterine and colon cancer. Also, the chances of an indoor tanner getting skin cancer is only 2% whereas the chances of a non-tanner getting skin cancer is 1%.
I found a lot of this information on http://www.tanningtruth.com/ and I have looked at their sources as well as found others that prove their information to be true.

Tanning SIGNIFICANTLY increases your chances of skin cancer.
The World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) announced today that it has moved UV tanning beds to its highest cancer risk category -- "carcinogenic to humans."
From that link:
"The report cited the group’s own research analysis published in 2006, finding the use of tanning beds before age 30 to be associated with a 75% increase in melanoma risk."
Yes, there is a 75% increase in risk BUT the risk for non-tanners is 1% so the risk for tanners is still only 2%. It's all hype and mass media hysteria. The odds are only slightly higher than dying in a car accident. http://dying.about.com/od/causes/tp/oddsdying.htm
Oh and I just wanted to throw this out there. Some studies (http://healthland.time.com/2010/06/1...n-cancer-risk/) have shown that increased sunscreen use is linked to higher rates of melanoma and faster developing tumors. So if you're worried about skin cancer, the only thing you can really do is completely stay out of the sun forever and that still doesn't protect you 100% as skin cancer can develop without any UV exposure.
Also, I'm not sure if this is common knowledge but a light tan IS a natural sunscreen. If you have a tan, you can stay out in the sun 4 times longer without burning than if you had no tan. Our bodies are built to withstand UV exposure. It's only in the last few decades that we've started freaking out about skin cancer. The sunscreen industry is pushing their products on us and now our skin cancer rates are at the highest they've ever been. I don't think that's a coincidence.
I just re-read what I wrote and realized that I sound like a crazy bitch. I'm sorry if I come off really uppity and rude but I have a skin condition that causes large boil-like sores and my dermatologist actually "prescribed" tanning as therapy. I looked at her like she had two heads. She gave me a lot of information about how tanning is not as dangerous as most people claim it to be. I fully trust her and I've also done some independent research and found her information to be very true.
