I do different things:
-Jump online,I always feel better once the compliments roll in. Making money also makes me feel better
-Write the reason I'm angry down on paper,then throw it in the trash. Its like I just threw the problem away,time to move on to the next.(this works for me)
-Play with my child. He always takes my mind off of the bad.
-Workout,its like I'm using all of my energy,leaving none left to think about my problems(soak in a bubble bath afterwards to relax)
-Have a drink. Nothing heavy,just a winecooler maybe to calm you down.
-Hang out with friends(when I had them)
-Get my hair/nails done. Looking better always makes me feel better.
-Buy a gift for someone I really care about. Knowing I put a smile on someone's face,is enough to put a smile on mine
I'm actually about to do one of these right now,as I am feeling the same way as you
