    Default Question for dancers

I am a practicing chiropractor in an area with many large gentlemen’s clubs. I have the idea to create a mobile chiropractic office (in a motorhome) to travel to these clubs and offer chiropractic services for the dancers. My question is: would this be of interest to the dancers and would they use the service? Also, do you think it would be difficult to get the clubs to allow the mobile unit on the properties? Thanks in advice for your input.

i think my main concern would be that while dancers are at their club (at work), they are there to make money. they won't want chiropractic services while they are on the clock because they would be losing money.

i think the best thing to do would be to maybe come in before a shift starts and say who you are and give a sample of your services then leave some cards for your business.

the girls would probably much rather come to your office OUTSIDE of work than while they are AT work...

I appreciate your response. You make some good points. My plan was to keep our services quick and convienent.

    Anyone else agree or disagree?

A mobile home at a strip club just sounds creepy. I don't doubt that you are legit. I worked at a club and we had a massage student who the manager allowed to rent one of our smaller feature rooms just for this and he was very popular. He made it really clear up front that he was all business and even told on a few girls who were trying to make passes at him. Your best bet, IMO, would be to talk to the managers and get an idea of which clubs have girls that feel that they would be interested in your services. The clubs that have the most interested girls would be where to start. However, you may want to find out if they will let you do this in a dressing room, feature room, alternate area. No one is going to ignore strippers trooping in and out the club to a mobilehome for 15/20/30 mins at a time. It looks like it's something else. That's just preparing for trouble unless you have a well known practice with a good reputation and highly visible signage on the outside of the motorhome. It is a very good idea. Try perhaps offering your mobile services at a few mainstream places first, then try that. That way your word of mouth rep is already good for the mobile service.
Thank Goodness I smartened up! The old me is dead and gone.

You know when you put it like that, it does sound a little creepy. The idea isn't dead yet, but those are some very good issues you brought up that I did not think of. Thank you.

Anyone else have more good advice?

^Yeah I would not want to walk outside the club to let some guy in a van touch my body. Nope! Stripper instinct says ewww.

And chiropractic work, isn't that something you get after referral from a real doctor(Usually after an accident)? It's not something I would seek without medical advice first.

You would definetly have to do it inside the club.
I mean it's no different then having someone come in once a week and do spray tanning, right?

The whole trailer thing is kinda creepy. BUT, what you could do, is ask the manager if you can post a few business cards in the girls dressing room, along with say - a 10% off voucher.

In past clubs I've worked in management is fine with letting vendors come into our dressing rooms for an hour or two (sometimes more) to sell/advertise merchandise.... usually men selling perfume, costumes, burnt DVD's... it annoys me, but if say a massage therapist or Chrio got access to our Dressing Room to give health advice and mini-consults to the girls and give out their business cards I would actually like that.

Word of mouth is a powerful thing in the stripper-verse; get one or two girls in your clinic and more will follow.
