Ive had a few removed for biopsy that were pretty small. The derm just numbs the area with a tiny needle, and takes a razor and scrapes it off. You can't feel anything. You really can't tell where I've had them removed...the only scars I have are two on my chest from incisions where they removed cancer (funnnn) - BUT, that was literally slicing out a chunk of my skin, cauterizing, and stitching the spot up (7 stitches in each spot)... so those scars are from actual surgeries.
Go to a dermatologist if you have insurance. You can have the doctor file the procedures through your insurance if they are biopsies, or if the doctor says they rub against your clothes and cause irritation. Otherwise, it is very expensive.
After the dermatologist told me mine were fine and that he didn't want to remove them I tried a product called Dermatend which is based on a plant called bloodroot. It actually worked for me on two and now there is only a small dot like a freckle!! no scarring either! but on the two others i tried it didn't work completely so they are still more visable than I'd like. I tried other remedies (tape, garlic, iodine tincture, ACV) none of them worked for me at all. If you have a few larger ones then I'd say the blood root would work, but since you have 8 it would save you a lot of effort to go to the dermatologist, i've heard they leave scars though
