Default How to accept deposits for services...

Hey ladies..look...I'm going to start doing private strip parties, however, I need to be able to accept deposits.
I used to accept credit cards back in the day but I don't offer that right now.
I'd like for western union to be used but I don't want my personal info put out there.
I do have a paypal account but I want to be certain that the funds sent are non-refundable...you know some folks will pay but turn around and ask for a chargeback.

    Any suggestions??

Bump for this thread. I would like to know more

I use the Greendot card and the client will have to get a Moneypak refill.

The greendot? If you have the card on you, how can a client load your fees on it in advance?

I'm reading info on moneypaks....I love it! A client can go online and upload money on the card. Now if I can withdraw the monies once on there then I'll be good!

    Still reading...

AlertPay could also work. Easy like PayPal.

Western Union can work with secret question and answer...that way you dont need ID to get the funds.

    2nd best is Money Pak.

I would not at all recommend PayPal. Many moons ago, I used it for adult transactions, but then when I heard of people getting their accts frozen and such I immediately stopped. Months later remembering I had a bit of money on there, I ordered origami paper and they sent me email saying my acct was frozen for breaking terms of service blah blah blah. Basically, they probably flagged my acct because the email addresses I was getting money from were all flagged too...and they figured they would bust me at my very next transaction. Too bad it was for origami paper....still took them a month to unfreeze me and release my money. I still have the acct but never use it for adult stuff. Not worth it.

I don't have any suggestions, but I really wanted to echo the recommendation to NOT use PayPal. They're notorious for issuing chargebacks and freezing accounts for adult transactions, so you could be out hundreds of dollars if that happens to you. Not worth the risk, IMO.

An Amazon gift card emailed to your email? Not as nifty as cash or greendot.

I've done a lot of private parties, and luckily have rarely had one stiff me. What has on the rare occasion happened is that something is set up in advance, and then the day of, I can't get ahold of them, so I guess they got cold feet.

But it's never really been an issue, personally-- except, like I said, in the rare case. But hey, more power to you and anything to weed out the timewasters is great
