What website did you use to determine your ideal BMI? I thought BMI was a range, rather than an idea number. I'd be interested to see what my ideal weight is! Post linky?

It might say thats your "ideal" weight, but it doesnt take in to consideration your actualy muscle mass/bone weight...
Like me for instance. Im 5'0 110-111lbs too, my BMI says I'm between a 18-24.9. But my Body fat is only 13%. If i were to loose any more weight my body fat would not be enough for me...
"Note: Since Body Fat Percentage calculations use total body weight and not estimates of lean muscle mass and fat, BMI can not determine between the overweight and the more muscular." - from the website
The BEST way to determine how much you SHOULD weigh for your frame/size is to see a certified trainer and have them take ALL your measurements and weight/body fat...
Its just healthier that way.

According to that, I am overweight. However, my bodyfat is at 20%... So I don't think Im overweight.

BMI is BS when it's calculated on some website and not properly in person. It fails to take build into consideration, which is a huge factor. I'm 5'8" and 130lbs which says my BMI is 19.8, on the low side. Where that MAY be true, I guarantee you I am nowhere near approaching underweight, I'm of medium build.
What I learned in school is the general medical standard is 100lbs for the first five feet, then add 5lbs for each additional inch. Example 5'8": 5ft (100lbs) + 8in (40lbs)=140lbs. BUT- this is a GENERAL rule, there is definitely more taken into consideration when you see someone in person.
Fact of the matter is, a simple calculator online has no way of accurately measuring how much fat is on your body. Everyone is different, and I just wouldn't put too much stock in it.

I'm 5'5 1/2" and at my "ideal" body weight according to douchebags my age (116lbs or BMI 19), I looked awful and people told me I looked anorexic (which I kind of was). Bones were popping out everywhere. One time a near stranger stopped me and said, "you're way too thin," looking aghast. I'm at my most attractive when I'm somewhere around 125-130, or BMI 20.5-21.3. I have a medium-large frame with a lot of muscle.
