hmmm, burning and itching and scabbing? I had a little scabbing but no burning or itching and I've had crease incisions 3 times and under arms once. I would call you Dr office and let them know and see what they recommend. My sister had nipple incisions and said hers itched like crazy but that's before the stitches were removed.
How many days are you out? I was only allowed at 3 weeks.
Scrabbing, itching, burning is normal. The scar feeling bumpy, raised up is normal... Make sure to be careful and always wash your hands when applying cream etc. As long as you dont have a fever, you're ok.
I started putting Vit E (softens the scar up), Aloe vera cream (for wounds and burning). Also this one is going to sound weird there is this cream for scars M something, it isnt in Canada but I found out the main indg, in it is onion, so I cut up an onion of the size of my scar and put it on overnight... Im not sure it is helped, as I got annoyed with it.
I had this healing tape stuff I wore over my incisions (crease). I can't remember what it was called, but I'm sure your doctor would know. It was supposed to help reduce scarring.

I had to clean with saline then put bactroban and new steri strips on everyday for 6 weeks. Mine never really itched or anything. One side was perfectly healed by the time they took the bandages off. The other side had scabbing because I was rejecting a stitch. Once that came out then it healed up quick but I still did the bactroban/steri strips nightly.

Thanks everyoneThey don't itch too bad today or burn anymore... I think when he pulled the tape off it irritated them a bit. I put that bactyrine (sp?) stuff on it last night with a clean gauze and steri strip over it. I took it off this morning and they look a bit better. I'm planning on going back to work in a week and a half. I feel great, don't worry! I just need some money and I'm going fucking stir crazy!! Anyways, I just want them healed and looking good enough to dance with. My manager is being cool and said I can just work the floor and do dances, no stage..

Wow thats crazy your going back to work so soon! Or maybe that isnt soon? I dont really know. lol
But good for you lady!! Im stoked for yaLove dem boobies

No, it's really soon :/ I'm just soo glad I've had a smooth recovery. Had my post op yesterday and got the ok. We just need some cash. Plus I'm going crazy being home every weekend while everyone I know works at that damn club! LOL.. I'm nervous and excited and it's like being a newbie all over again... but with skillz...LOL

^ excellent! Sounds like your having a waaaay easier recovery than I did... Im still thinking it was the dual plane placement that gave me a rough trot. Youll do awesome. Just listen to your boobies and when theyve had enough its home time. You dont wanna mess up your investment. Tell us how you go... but I already know how its gonna go... $$$$$

I'm sooo fricken nervous Jessie!! I mean this isn't just a physical change but a whole new mental outlook as well.. It's crazay!

^ Dont worry as soon as you see those boys drooling and opening their wallets your fear will melt away. My boobs totally revived me at a time of burnout. Im still a cranky old stripper but at least I make the money with my new boobehs! I just plaster on my fake smile to match the fake boobs and I put on the real smile when I go to the bank and deposit the douchebag tax into my account.
I'm 2 days after you. Haven't taken my tape off yet, but plan to within the week. Mine feel the same way. I think its a normal part of healing. My boobs overall have been kind of itchy, from the skin stretching, but only JUST NOW are the incisions even something I notice. They don't really "hurt" but are kind of tender, and have that same warm itchy feeling you're describing.

Dr. P took the tap off when I went in for my post op yesterday.. My boobs feel fine, almost a part of me now..LOL.. The incisions are a bit itchy but don't burn anymoreHow are yours looking so far?? How many cc's did you get??
I've got 525 silicone unders. Started a 36B and we discussed going 550/600, but he said when he got in there he simply couldn't fit any bigger under the muscle on my righty. No idea what I am now, thinking a D, maybe DD.
Healing has been alright overall. I did have a few times that I was like "omg seriously, this fucking hurts!" and broke down like the little baby that I am. But after a few days I got better and now the pain is almost totally gone, except for a morning Tylenol.

Oh wow!!! You're definitely going to be in the DD range![]()
Yes right after surgery, all the way home I was writhing in pain. It took an hour and a half (longest of my life!) to get home... The first 2 days I couldn't sit up by myself but Day 3 and on were and have been wonderful! I got lucky.. Or I had a great surgeon who was gentle during surgery and didn't just rip me open and shove the implants in there...LOL.. I loove Dr. P![]()
I hope you post pics when they are ready![]()

Congrats!
I wanna see pictures! Before and after!
As far as the itching and scabbing, that's normal-- it's part of the healing process. The burning, I'm not so sure. Just make sure to stay away from scented/fragrance body wash and anything else that might come into contact with your incisions.
