I worked a fee shifts last year and it sucked, they take a large cut from the VIP earnings. Now that Ricks is closed, I'm going to have to find a new weekend club. How is Hustler?

Just left here. Not a BAD place, averages are a little lower even for good hustlers. Most girls I know average between $300-$500 a night.
House Fees:
Before 4pm: Free
4pm - 6pm: $40
6pm - 12am: $60
After 12am : $80
Large cuts of dances is still the norm. On 3 or 4-for-100's, you ticket says $80. On a $250 half hour, your ticket says $170. On a $300 half hour (difference between these two is that the $300 comes with a bottle of shitty champagne.), your ticket says $200. It goes up from there, but I'm not going to bother.
What I mean by "your ticket says" is that you don't get cash for the room, you get funny money with the amount printed on it after the club takes it's cut. You take that ticket down to the cage (called "Beaver Bucks") and they cash it in for you and take ANOTHER 10% off the top.
On the $100 dances, you actually see $72 without tip.
So on the $250 room, you actually see $153 dollars of that without tip.
On the $300 room, you actually see $180 without tip.
It's pretty hard to stomach, especially if you're used to YOUR money being YOURS.

isn't that a locals club ,i also tried when they opened I found that they get a similar crowd as crazy horse 3?

has anyone worked here more recently that april of this year???

What are th housefees? What is the clientele like? What do they offer in terms of VIP rooms? What is th shift length? Is it busy?
i made good money here but yes the house fees are stupid high.

Ever worked Sapphire or Rhino? The fees here are ... actually not bad at all.
So, here's the rundown. I think I did this in another thread, but I am WAAAAY too lazy to go and find it. Some repeat info - some new. Hope it helps!
----------------------------------------
House Fees
Club is open 4pm - 6am.
Arrive before 4pm READY TO WORK: Free
On the Floor between 4pm and 6pm: $40
On the Floor between 6pm and 12am: $60
On the Floor AFTER MIDNIGHT: $80
Off-stage fee is $40. Missed stage fee is $20 PER SONG. Yes, they are anal about it. Yes, you will actually get charged. House fee is due BEFORE THE START OF YOUR SHIFT, with literally no exceptions. (I left my purse in a cab one night, and they made me wait 3 hours for the cab to come back so I could get my money and work.)
----------------------------------------
Shift Length:
5 hour shift minimum. There isn't an early out fee - you either get manager permission to leave early, or they will suspend your ass for "walking out" on a shift. Don't hold your breath for manager permission, either.
----------------------------------------
Dance Prices
Hustler is a Deja Vu entity - which means that YES - they do take a percentage of your dances. They also take a percentage of funny money (called "Beaver Bucks" at Hustler.)
Floor Dance: $20 charge to customer. You keep the whole $20.
4-for-100: $100 charge to customer. You keep $78 after fees.
3 for 100: $100 charge to customer. You keep $78 after fees.
30 Minute VIP Options:
$250 room, NO ALCOHOL: $250 charge to customer, you keep $153 after fees.
-OR-
$300 room, Bottle of Champagne: $300 charge to customer, you keep $180 after fees.
Hour VIPs: are $425 with NO ALCOHOL, or something like $550 WITH alcohol. Percentages are the same.
----------------------------------------
Percentages:
Like I said - this is a Deja Vu owned club. Here are the percentages you're looking at losing off your income:
The way I've basically figured out the percentages work, is with ANYTHING other than a floor dance, the club pretty much takes an immediate 30%ish cut, and since they pay you your dance vouchers in Beaver Bucks, when you cash them in - it's another 10% off of that.
Customers can tip you with Beaver Bucks WITHOUT the 30% fee - but it's still 10% to cash it in. (Ie; a customer pays for a $20 dance with a $20 Beaver Buck - you're only going to get $18.)
----------------------------------------
Clientele:
INCREDIBLY varied. WE see tourists, locals, couples, young, and old alike. Lately, it seems to be a late 20's - early 40's crowd. Primarily tourist, interspersed locals. Very "average, beer joe" crowd. Alternative girls - while they will have no trouble getting hired - generally are not doing well. Our guys seem to go for the "girl next door" look.
We do get a lot of bachelor/birthday parties, if that's your style.
----------------------------------------
Is It Busy?:
As I've been telling girls in PM, it's VERY hit and miss. The classic "stripper" nights are always the best. Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Don't walk in expecting to see a Sapphire crowd - on our busiest nights, we have about 100 girls, and MAYBE 150-200 guys.
----------------------------------------
Days to AVOID:
Sunday and Wednesday.
Sunday is local appreciation, and sometimes also "industry night". Lots of broke locals there for the drink specials, OR huge parties on the roof that DANCERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND. The club will LOOK packed - you will not make *shit*. Try it if you're brave.
Wednesday is ladies night. The new male revue - "The Hustler Hunks" perform upstairs. If you want to take a guy to VIP - you have to WALK HIM THROUGH THE MALE REVUE. Lots of bitchy girls there to see muscle-y gay men.
One that is VERY hit or miss, depending on your personality - Monday. Monday is Audition/Amateur night. If you're good with partiers, and good at hustling dances and drinks, you will likely do fine. If you prefer the solo business man or smaller, older crowds - stay clear. I haven't worked a Monday in MONTHS. Which brings us to...
----------------------------------------
How To Get Hired:
They ONLY DO HIRING ON MONDAY. Arrive at the club by 9pm. Let the girls up front know you're there for amateur night. You WILL wait around for quite some time. You go, do amateur night (plan on being there 3-4 hours for the WHOLE competition. You ABSOLUTELY CANNOT LEAVE EARLY.), and IF they want you - they will offer you a contract in the dressing room after the competition.

I've heard the same from lots of girls. The fact that they take a large cut is enough for me to never give that place any consideration. Most of the time customers are often complaining about the club being dead even on a Saturday night. Other than that, the club is severely raunchy. If you participate in their silly little amateur contest on Mon night, you'll be asked to fill out a questionnaire which is full of personal and offensive questions. Some may say its all just for show but what need is there to refer to one of the stages as the "Beaver" stage? And funny money as "Beaver Bucks." It may be Sin City and the business is considered sleazy enough but the image the Hustler Club projects only encourages tacky customers to be disrespectful toward the dancers.

I've heard that it's decent but they take a large portion of your earnings like mentioned above, and that there's less girls than Sapphire or Rhino.

I really appreciate this post (and thread) entirely. I was getting ready to head over there right now to audition but something told me to do a tad more research about the place. I am NOT going now. Thank you.
I was there 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday and experienced their infamous "Ladies Night" by accident. The place was pretty much empty. It was odd.
The fee schedule is ridiculous too.

These days Hustler Club is known to be hurting for girls. If they're really hurting for girls, they shouldn't give them the run around.
Supposedly they need girls bad enough not to make them do the silly amateur contest. When you phone and ask, you may be told to come right in and audition. But once you arrive, you'll be told to come back the following night. If you return the following night, you'll then be told to come back and participate in their amateur contest.
They seem to change management every month or so. Its doubtful they've ever considered not taking so much money away from the dancers if they want to have plenty of girls working there.

Right now youre better off at Sapphire, Crazyhorse 3 or Palomino's

I worked here for about two weeks..i made good money .. The house fees are crazy high and management is terrible..its an ok club to work at if you stay to yourself and follow rules and dont get to friendly with the dancers thats why i left theyre liars and will lie about you to management if they feel threatened by you...youl make good money here if you know how to hustle
Same review, really - big house fees, mngmnt isn't the best (It's hustler...). You can make $ if you hustle but lay low and follow their rules. Same review of the club on . What vm101 is saying seems to be what most girls are saying...

I ended up coming back to hustlers :\ .. I make good money but now i lay low and make sure to follow all rules but otherwise its been good for me
I heard Hustler is a local club. The girls hang out all night and then start to hustle at the end of the night. Open bar all the time so doesn't seem like a classy place to work.

i got put on days because i gained some weight ?! has anybody ever worked day shift here ?? how is it?.. or do you know any FAST WORKING fat burners ?![]()

Update on this club please! So my friends are having a bachelor/bachelorette party of 30 or so people in a few weeks; any info on this club would be appreciated. They offered us free admission, free limo pick up, and discounted bottles. Most of the group is in their 30s with some in their 50s and 60s. Thanks in advance!

I'm at Hustler now - it's not bad, and would probably be great for a big party! The girls are all pretty good looking, with a few notable exceptions. There are some HARD hustlers (see aforementioned notable exceptions) so you might want to warn your party about the possibility of being physically dragged upstairs. ATM fee is brutal (as always) so bring cash; it's easier on the girls as well, since we don't have to hand over 10%.
Let me know when you're swinging by, if you decide to come in!!!

Hustler is sort of a whore house. Staff are banging some of the girls and in return they get sent to all the good customers. A few girls RENT OUT private rooms upstairs so that its only their room. Where they perform some, errrrr, not so clean acts. They take out a big percentage of champagne rooms. And foreign customers who pay with card - you will have to wait 30 days to receive your money. Same goes for even American customers using an American Express card charging over $500 on it I believe. You can get lucky but for the most part people come looking for sex.
