How are you planning on losing any weight with what you eat on your plan.
Cut off all the soda, cream, sugar, FAT (bacon), alcoholic drinks, ANY junk food (pizza, frozen meals).... Cut this off 100%
Drink juice with no sugar in the morning, have eggs or oatmeal etc
Have a salad through0 out (dont use too much dressing), nuts, fruit etc
Dinner, anything expect junk food. Start making home cooked meals even thats better than what your eating, anything from a bit of chicken, or fish, a little red meat 1-2 times a week with potatoes, rice, salad, etc..
Whatever you do, you need to start eating heathly and WORKING OUT to see the pounds drop.

I suck cock and swallow plus we fuck 3x a day![]()

now THAT'S good advice!
add some pussy licking and im in!
good point!
juice with no sugar? how and where do i find that? or do i use a juicer?
i do like salads but i feel like they dont fill me up enough. im always hungry 20 minutes later. but then i dont add things like nuts to my salads so i will try that
ALSO what are some good snacks to bring to work (100-200 calories) when my energy gets low?
and what to eat after work? im usually starving when i get home and so i tend to overeat, go to taco bell. etc.
Ditto what Kisca said. Cut out as much fast food, processed food, bread, and anything heavy or greasy. Try eating more lower calorie foods like yogurt, salad, fruits, and vegetables. Also, watch what time you eat. Limit your alcohol consumption and whenever possible drink lots of water.
Losing weight and eating right sucks. There's no permanent quick fix. Your goal should be a lifelong meal replacement plan that suits your lifestyle.
Only cut out the foods that you can live without and replace them with healthier lower calorie options. Don't cut out too much of the foods you love because you'll just go back to your old eating habits when you've lost the weight. This is the main reason people have trouble keeping the weight off.
Best of luck to you and don't forget to exercise...

Initially I wasn't going to answer this because I'm not really slim at the moment; but I'll give you what I eat when I'm losing weight.
Breakfast: 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal + 1 cup Silk Milk and some blueberries
Lunch: Salad topped with tomato's, onion, red/yellow/orange peppers and a can of tuna (In water, not oil). I'll put some olive oil and vinigar on it for dressing...maybe a bit of feta cheese if I'm in the mood for it. Sometimes I'll have a few crackers or nuts with this if I'm extra hungry.
Dinner: Basically, a serving of steamed - usually green - veggies (asparagus, broccoli, spinach, etc) and a piece of lightly pan-fried or baked fish/chicken/red-meat. Minimal use of oil, condiments and sauces. I use all sorts of spices though, garlic, lemon and lime. Yum yum!
I'll have a few snacks throughout the day, things like yogurt, carrot and celery sticks with hummus, 1 serving of nuts, dry popped popcorn. For dessert cottage cheese and some canned peaches is yummy. Or some thawed out frozen berries.
It's not a perfect diet compared to some on here, but it works and it's easy to follow. It's important to keep track of your portion sizes in the beginning and keep yourself REALLY hydrated and drink lots of water. Also keeping a variety of herbal teas in my kitchen helps me from feeling deprived.

We stopped eating out alot and make stuff at home.I use wheat bread, fat free ranch dressing, rice noodles, etc.

Sorry, find a natural juice with little sugar.. Those thick natural juices seem to be the best, but on the higher end but worth the value. I would actually recommend drinking water overall (adding lemon, or lime to taste helps).
If your not a fan of salad, adding chicken, fish, nuts to it will help flavour. The girls added some great advice such as little oil, or streamed instead of battered etc.
Bring something easy to work, as such fruit, a power bar, even pre-made food such as sushi or similar if your fan, healthy and fills you up quickly! Making a smoothie shake will fill you up quickly whether at work or after work, this way you can add whatever you like (no sugar or junk though!). Yogurt and applesauce is quick and simple, I love the 3% yogurt but if you can get away with 1%, get that one is instead. Same with milk % if you drink milk often or are making something, use a lower %. I would also suggest to stop drinking coffee for a bit and replace it with a tea (no sugar) such as green tea at best, see whether you feel more better with it. I would also slow down, I mean stop ALL drinking, it slows down the body to loose weight and regain more while recovering.
After work, salsa and whole-wheat bread.. Spicy food makes your body "open" up. Someone also suggested hummus thats a good choice. Soups (not the canned ones) are good after work with whole wheat bread! A bagel with salom and low fat cream chesse is very filling, can replace that with egg, chicken salad, or tuna.
Buy a few vit such as Vit B, C, E and flax seed oil or fish oil to help your body adpat to the new changes. Good luck![]()

What really helps me lose weight fast is eat at the beginning of the shift (9pm-5am) and don't eat until the next day when I wake up. I know it's not healthy but I honestly feel better, also during the shift. Obviously if you're a day shift girl that's not a good idea. Besides that, I kinda trick myself. I tell myself to have at least 5 servings of veggies a day and some lean protein with every meal, which fills me up so much that I'm less likely to binge on fast food. Oh yea, and go easy on the carbs and working out every day...

As someone whose weight has fluctuated a lot, I know that changing your eating habits overnight is very difficult. All of the suggestions here have been great, but you'll probably need a plan to get there. It sounds like you crave fat, protein, and salt just like I do. Cutting down on salt is the thing that will have the most immediate results because you'll drop water weight. You'll especially notice it in your stomach. For actual weight loss, reducing alcohol will provide the quickest effect. I don't know what you like to drink, but go for clear shots with seltzer or wine if at all possible. I like Absolut Mandarin with seltzer personally. Limit yourself to a certain number per day and gradually work down, even if that first number is high at first. But if you're drinking 5+ drinks a lot of nights, that's like eating an extra cheeseburger every day.
For breakfast, consider making yourself omelettes with veggies instead of the saltier/fattier chimichangas and bacon. Throw a little bacon and cheese in there at first to get used to it if you want, then cut them out if you want to increase your results. I like to put onions, tomatoes, peppers, and spinach in mine.
I'm a fast food addict too. If you can't wean yourself off of it for lunch at first, look at the nutritional facts of each item on the menu and choose one you like that has a lower amount of salt and calories. Eventually you'll want to start cutting fast food out, maybe saving it for splurges. I always start out by getting huge salads with chicken and a tiny bit of oil and vinegar or nonfat dressing. Nonfat makes a huge difference in terms of calories. Go light on the cheese too, no croutons.
Try to order healthier options at work, or if there are none, bring in a snack. String cheese might be a good idea for you because you can still satiate your cheese cravings and get protein in a controllable way. And since you're lucky enough to have your husband at your disposal, have him cook a nice healthy meal for you when you get home, again low on cheese or fatty sauces.
One of the best things you can do is reset your stomach. If you can force yourself to eat much less than you normally do, after a week or so the portions you used to eat will make you uncomfortably full. Gradually working down helps too, but I like to do it quick. Another thing you can start to do gradually is reduce cheese. It's my favorite food, but burgers and sandwiches are still pretty good without it, and each slice you cut out removes at least 100 calories. Same goes for other ingredients. If something has calories and you're indifferent toward it, ask them to hold it.
Hope this helps!

Btw, I don't want to encourage the OP not to exercise... but I lost 30lbs twice with the above diet plan alone.

after getting laid off, boyfriend and I started buying groceries differently and magically lost lots of weight/increased our metabolisms!
we just buy eggs (those giant crates of like 72 eggs for $10; lots of scrambles in this apt!), whole chickens (between $0.60-1.00/pound - put on oven-safe pan of some sort, add salt and pepper, stick in over around 160 degrees, it always comes out juicy and delicious), jasmine rice, and salad.
it's all very very simple and cheap and maybe boring, but damn if it isn't wholesome, delicious, cheap, and great for the body!
So if you want to be with me
With these things there’s no telling
We just have to wait and see
But I’d rather be working for a paycheck
Than waiting to win the lottery
Besides maybe this time is different
I mean I really think you like me

Salads don't fill me up either. I love vegetables, but I hate salads.
Stop the booze and the eating out. When I stopped drinking a lot of the weight came off itself. With eating out you can't control what goes into your food, plus it's a waste of money. Drink water, or homemade flavoured iced teas (<--- super delicious. We usually have apple and peach on hand).
Read labels, and stop eating high fructose corn syrup. That will help too.
We eat a lot of curry (you can put basically anything you want into it), chicken stroganoff, tuna noodle casserole, pulled chicken quesadillas, stuffed chicken with spinach.. things like that. You don't have to deprive yourself of anything- it's all about putting in lots of fresh vegetables and portion control. It really helps that we both cook, we do everything we can at home- even applesauce.
If you want some recipes, PM me- or if anyone wants me to post them, I'll just post them in the thread.
My BMI is around 19.
What I do: simple, natural foods. cut back on animal products (im vegetarian).
raw fruits, vegetables, rice, pasta, water, brew my own tea sweetened with liquid stevia, sprouted grain breads or sour dough bread (sandwiches, toast), salad (add dried cranberries & slivered almonds), oatmeal, lentils, raw nuts (cashews, almonds), smoothies, seeds (raw pumpkin, sunflower) vegetables soups, tortilla chips, hummus...
Stir frys are so easy to make!
Don't skip meals or you'll kill your metabolism
" Volumetrics " is a great trick.
and remember no one is perfect!
Even though I eat healthy a lot of the time I still eat Top Ramen, Taco Bell, and some sweets every now and then![]()
My advice would be as some of the other posters have said = cut out all processed foods, soda and alcohol.
Look at what your eating now and try and find substitutes for the things you really enjoy - I replaced my love for ice-cream with dark chocolate ; )
Start slowly - maybe try just replacing one meal of your day with a salad/oatmeal/steamed veg and chicken/brown rice)
If you find you get hungry make sure you have some protein with your snacks - boiled egg or a protein shake ... something like that.
I wouldn't go cold turkey and replace everything that you're eating straight away. It's too much of a shock for your body and too much for you as well - better to set small goals and achieve instead.

Definitely agree with a lot already said...cutting out fast food and drinking especially. I'm a vegetarian and eat fairly healthy, but I loooove junk food. That's why I don't really buy it- I try to keep minimal amounts on hand so that I snack on something healthier instead- like cut up fruits and veggies.
As far as salads go...I dress them up with soy chicken, hard boiled eggs, etc

You can start by eat smaller meals more frequently. That will speed up your metabolism, prevent you from getting hungry and keep your blood sugar more steady than 2-3 big meals.
If you think you're over-eating try this trick: Load your plate how you normally would. Then, portion off about 1/3 or half of everything on the plate except really healthy stuff like veggies or beans and put it back into the pots..eat it and wait like 10 minutes, if you are full from that smaller amount of food then this itself will help you drop weight. Eat like 4 of these kinds of meals instead of 3 big ones.
Soda and fruit juices from concentrate are awfully high in sugar (4g of sugar = 1 tsp. I think) so before consuming, read the label. Even with yogurt! Those are packed with sugar, plain greek yogurt is yummy with a drizzle of good honey and chopped fruit.
Opt for ice cold water with lemon for lunches and dinners instead of juice or soda. Try to cut out coffee and replace that with teas. Thats one of my secrets I think, I drink about 3-5 cups a day of regular breakfast teas, herb teas and these are great for digestion and weight loss. Peppermint tea is amazing for when you feel like you over ate or have a stomach ache! And herb teas don't have caffeine so they are essentially hot, herbed water which hydrates you.
Decrease your salt and sugar intake slow by slow. Your taste buds will adjust.
Breakfast: (never skip it! If you're short on time, grab a banana or a slice of wheat toast- breakfast will kickstart your metabolism.)
Healthy COld oatmeal: put uncooked oatmeal in a bowl like you would cereal, cover it with milk and let it "soak" for like 10 minutes. Add chopped fruit, raisins, almonds, pecans, nuts anything. Sliced banana make it really yummy. If its not sweet enough, add some brown sugar on top. Veryy yummy, healthy and filling.
Omelettes with deli cheese (not Krafts American singles). Home fries toast n jam. For home fries, boil potatoes the night before for mashed potatoes but put a lot of the whole ones off to the side for morning homefries. Just chop the cold boiled potato into cubes or slices. Season, and fry in hot veggie oil.
Instead of bacon try this: oil or lightly butter a pan and "fry" good quality deli ham. I highly recommend finding like a local deli shop either Polish or Italian and trying their hams- the meat is marbled and tastes amazing and an excellent alternative to fatty bacon.
Try cold or hot healthy cereals and add a side of plain yogurt with fruit. Drink natural juice or a modest amount of regular OJ b/c its loaded with sugar and then end your meal with tea.
Lunch and Dinner: Home cooked is the way to go- this way you know what will be in your food. Pastas with lots of veggies and grilled chicken on top is great. You can eat anything you want as long as you portion your food.
Quick way to "beef up" regular jars pasta sauces: Get your pasta boiling, add some good extra virgin olive oil to a pan, add some fresh minced garlic- cook only for a minute! Immediately add a handful of fine grated carrot and cook it to soften the carrot. Add some fresh cubes tomatoes and cook until everything is softened. Your kitchen will smell amazing. Then add your favorite jarred pasta.
*Try eating lots of food rich in fiber like oatmeal, healthy cereals, wheat bread, wheat pasta, beans and lentils, ect. They will make you regular! And thats important for healthy weight loss and overall digestion. Avoid laxatives or specialty "weight loss" foods, enrich your diet with super fiber rich foods instead.

Learning to cook is such a valuable lifelong skill. This puts you in direct control with the food you eat. Not only that, but you will save money and add nutrients to your diet that fast food and restaurants can't supply you with.
If you like salads- replace heavy creamy dressings with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. This way, you're salad won't be dry but the vinegar is really healthy and olive oil provides good fat and flavor.
Replace junk food and fast food (Oreos, Dorittos, cheese puffs, ect) with "healthier" or at least more "whole" junk food for snacks: like a good white cheddar cheese with crackers and purple grapes, or quality chocolate bars, Stacy (plain with sea salt) pita chips with garlic hummas, whole wheat toast with butter and jam, or whole wheat toast with creamcheese or both creamcheese and jam (its really yummy I swear it).
But home cooking is key to loosing weight I feel. And this will also slow down your relationship to food- you take the time to make it then you'll sit down and enjoy your food. Eating slowly is so overlooked in this country because we're always on the go. Take the time and slow down with your food even if it is fast food. Savor junk food and eat it extra slow!

Just as a warning to the OP: be careful about eating "healthier" snacks because they may contain more calories than junk food. Be careful with olive oil too. It's easy to add on another 100 calories or more in just one salad. Healthy does not always equal weight loss. I made this mistake once when I was trying to lose weight.
The OP's health will greatly benefit from following a healthy diet plan, but weight loss is what's most important to her right now. Having had identical eating patterns, it was easiest for me just to cut back on calories in any way possible first, and slowly integrate healthy foods into my diet afterwards. If she's anything like me, it'll be extremely difficult and frustrating to go from eating only prepared food to cooking everything herself. If this doesn't seem feasible, it's okay to take it in baby steps.
Ms Incredible brings up an excellent point about salt and sugar as well. You can lose your taste for them if you avoid them long enough.

Fast food and frozen food can at least be low calorie if you make the right choices. I get fast food a lot because I'm on the road all the time, but I tend to get healthy things like salad, yogurt, fruit cups, and maybe a small fry to go with it. (Being a vegetarian also limits my choices to the above... lol) Try searching around online to see what places have healthy options and look at nutrition facts.
If you can cut down on the really fatty foods and the alcohol (if possible, NO alcohol! That's pure calories and a LOT of them), I think you will see a big difference.

make sure to get enough protein to feel full, then you will consume less calories and provided you hold steady on activity levels, you'll lose weight
alternatively, you can move around more in your daily life. the weight loss would be slower, but more stable (you would be less likely to need to do it again and again, which is not healthy at all).
keep a food and activity log for a couple of weeks to get a feel for how much activity you actually do and what you actually eat.
for activity, do you really move around when you are on stage or during dances? do you just veg out when you come home or are you scooting around while playing video games? you have to be much more aware of your physical movements as a complete thing in the day to day. then you can figure out the eating. but definitely get enough protein.
also, cut out all liquid calories that aren't soup/stew (booze, soda, lattes, etc). liquid calories are harder to assess satiety for and many people overconsume due mostly to drinking their calories.

i am trying to eat healthier but i am always afraid to keep fresh vegetables in the fridge because i am afraid they will go bad... any way to shop better/smarter with vegetables? besides buying frozen veggies?

OH! Drink a glass of water between meals when you get hungry, wait about 15 minutes, and if you're still hungry after that, THEN eat a snack. Thirst is commonly confused for hunger:
