    Default Shaky Twitchy Legs

When I put my foot on its tippy-toe my leg starts shaking by itself. I know some people have this. Today I was crouched on my feet and my two whole legs were twitching like crazy! Its not hurting, or painful just annoying and feel tired after wards. It ALWAYS happenes when I have sex and I hate it, when I do yoga, stretch, have my foot on its tippy-toe etc. After being crouched, I started walking and my legs were still twitching inside, which never happened to me before this badly.

Does anyone know why this happens? Is there a way to stop, or at least be able to contorl this? Anyone have this ?

I have restless legs, and take L-Tyrosine for it. Are you trying to describe restless legs, or...? I'm having trouble visualizing.

^ Thanks, I checked it up it doesnt seem to be restless leg.

Looks like this: (after 20sec) both my legs seem to do this. It starts even with my legs flat on the ground - they shake inside like that without being noticable, but if you touch them, you can feel the leg twitching.

I have this too. I was doing a dance for a guy ( air dance) and was using the muscles in my legs alot and they started shaking., the idiot as like why are you're legs shaking. Iam not sure why this happens but it happens to me too. Oh it's not restless leg syndrome, completely different thing.

That hapens to me sometimes during yoga, I'm not sure exactly why, but I have looked around the room and noticed several other people's legs were doing the same thing. Maybe it's just the muscle responding to being used?

Haha. I have also had this happen during a dance and the customer was like "Oh don't be nervous! Why are you nervous?" Stupid men.

I looked at the video and that just looks like muscle strain or nerve strain. There are likely some exercises you can do to reduce it. I'll do some research and get back to you.

Ok, I've been reading around etc and have a couple questions:

    What's your sugar intake like?
Does your whole body feel tired or just your legs?
Do you get enough sodium or potassium?

I would say my sugar intake is average of 7 teaspoons a day, 15 at MAX but rarely.

    Just my legs feel tired.

I deff get enough (more than I need to probably) of sodium.
My potassium intake seems to be lower than average though.

    Ooh, thanks for posting this.

My legs do this all the time.

When I'm on my back and doing the V, my legs still tremble! Grr.

I would up my potassium intake and do leg strengthening exercises, particularly strengthen your quads. They really help make a solid balance foundation in your legs.

Also, check your shoes! They might not be offering enough support.
