I've worked at three clubs, and none of them have required that we perform pole tricks. As to whether you'll make more money, it really depends on the club/crowd. At my current club, pole tricks don't seem to make a difference as far as tipping, but sometimes when the crowd is younger (i.e., Friday & Saturday nights) pole tricks can net a girl a few extra stage tips.

The pole really isnt a big deal in my club at all. Ive never banked off of pole tricks, not once! I'd be more concerned with sales.

Some clubs don't even have poles to dance on, so pole tricks are fun and some guys like the aerial dancing, but it's not the be-all-end-all of stage dancing.

Now, some girls can really bank on stage. My friend Bella is a girl like this. However, I don't make a huge amount on stage, I make all my money from drink sales, dances, and dance tips. This is probably where the bulk of your money will come from.

I have never worked in Florida, but have been to a few clubs as a customer both in the panhandle and Ft Myers, and I noticed that a lot of the girls get tipped on stage through "stage diving" and other manners of dancing for a specific customer on stage.

The clubs I have worked at weren't really big on pole tricks. If a girl knew how to do them, great, if not, well, great. I've come to realize that guys tip more just for having a good stage presence vs. being good on a pole. I've seen many girls who worked their ass off on the pole and walked off the stage with only a few dollars in tips.

As far as selling dances go, IMO, I believe that its very easy. I've never had a problem selling dances. But then it all depends on how good your hustle is.

Ok well I'm learning that pole tricks aren't that important (sigh of relief) I guess I need to focus more on selling dances & my hustle skills..are any of you ladies working in Florida.
