I always hand washed them (as well as my panties) in anti bacterial soap.

washer, air dry. or if it has stones or something that might come off, hand wash, roll up in a towel to get rid of excess water then air dry. flat or on a hanger depending if the material will stretch out.

Antibacterial soap is a great idea. I wash them by hand with a little bit of Tide or put them in the laundry machine, but never dry it in the machine (or they will shrink or fade). I hang dry.

If its lycra or cheap stretch I hand wash. If it's a nicer fabric it goes to dry cleaners.

This might sound a little stupid but.... how do you hand wash something? I have never hand washed anything in my life even when it says to on the tag. I guess I've always been too lazy, but I plan to buy some gowns in the near future and want them to last a while so I think I will actually try hand washing.

Soo what do you do exactly?
Do you put the soap on the garment or in the water? And what kind of soap?

    I'm sorry for sounding dumb.

sylvia butt out of this thread you're such a retard.

i suggest using woolite instead of regular soap. fill your bathroom sink with lukewarm water and add some woolite to it. wash your oufits in there and then rinse with cold water. wring them slightly and hang them to dry (i use the shower curtain rod to hang my outfits). also wash colors together, blacks, and white separately.

^^ that's exactly why I asked how because I know that you don't use a wash cloth. If I were washing dishes I use a cloth, if I'm washing a car I would use a cloth, a person once again you would use a cloth. Hence my confusion on wtf to do when the said item to be washed IS A CLOTH. sooooo thanks for the tip, even though you felt the need to reiterate my ignorance on the subject.
