I am skinny-fat.
I'm 5ft6, 140ish lbs. Pretty big/round butt and b-cup boobs. Skinny, but flabby. I hate when people talk about how "skinny" i am, when In reality i have to poke out my bum all the way AND suck in my stomach 80% of the time, or i have a straight up GUT. Like, the kind that hangs over your jeans.
I have struggled for years dealing with this.... And finally in the last few months when I really revised my regime and did research I realized that the reason why is because although I do a decent ammt of cardio, i don't ever lift weights or strength train, and I eat way too many sugars.
I hope it helps some of you skinnyfat friends... with a little help from vitamins, cellulite burners and following most of the rules in that article, I've really seen a huge difference![]()
