    Default For you nutritionally inclined ladies...

    Hello! Long time no post! Long story short, never did audition as planned (translation: still feel too fat..). BUT my question is food related- I've been trying to really pack in the organic fruits and veggies but im a weirdo about texture so I stick evverything in my juicer. Anybody know if I'm really losing out on anything nutrition wise going this route? I feel like better juice than nothing but I'm curious. Thanks!

    You are not losing out at all. In the end a fruit is a fruit no matter which way you cut it or blend it haha. As long as it is all the natural stuff with no added preservatives and such which you might find in stores. But if you are making it yourself with just the fruits and veggies, that is the healthiest form it can be.

    The fiber is what you're missing out on. Try making smoothies in the blender instead. You can keep all of the good stuff but make it smoother.

    depends on the fruit. Some fruits have their fiber on their skin, some don't.

    Good call on the fiber! That never even occured to me. Sounds like the way to go is just to mix it up between smoothies/ blended drinks and straight juice. I like to make smoothies with nonfat yogurt for breakfast sometimes anyway so that works Thanks!
