Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find specific advice.
I heard a lot of things are deductible like mani/pedis, implants, outfits, etc. What about house? My club does not give receipts or tax forms. The only thing I had to do was sign a contract and show my driver's license. They write down the dances I do but it doesn't seem to be "official", just for the managers knowledge of who does what.
I don't have implants, but I get mani/pedis occasionally (do I include the tip for tax deduction?) and new outfits/shoes.
I have to pay $110 for house PLUS valet every night I work as well as dance fees, anywhere from $5-$100 and 10% on funny money transactions, plus DJ/security/house mom tips.
What should I be doing to help get tax deductions in 2012? Please be specific. Do I need to request forms from my club?
