Tuesday was my first shift ever, and although I went home that night feeling tired I didn’t think my body would put up too much of a fight. Welllll, I woke up the next morning in ridiculous amounts of pain. My hips to my knees are so tight I am walking like a robot. Although I have general soreness and a few bruises on the knees I can deal with that but not the tight stiffness and straight up pain from simply walking.
I got arnica pills and lotion and have been icing, what else can I do? I was really hoping on going in tonight but that does not seem to be possible. I don’t want to go in feeling miserable and unable to move on stage or give a LD but it kills me to know I am missing out on money. I don’t want the club to think I am not serious about working there.
Help please!

Other than that it is something you will just have to tough out, it'll get better after a few months =)
