all i want to eat is cereal and milk!! all day!! breakfast, lunch, dinner.
could this be because the calcium helps with cramps and the iron helps your body since its losing blood? (gross i know)
i'm borderline anemic. so that's what i'm thinking. all i want is skim milk and wheat chex or kashi golean crunch.
i usually eat this for breakfast and lunch then have a normal dinner when i'm on my period.
is this ok?
i'm trying to lose weight, so i'll try to eat something different, but my body craves milk and cereal until i give in then i feel better.

really there are waaay worse things you could be binging on. I just found that when i finally broke my daily cereal and tortilla chip snack attacks I dropped a good bit of weight and felt more energized. I seriously dont even buy cereal anymore bc I know I will eat it alllllll.
It sucks because I always feel really hungry too! Why is it then when youre on the rag you feel all bloated and fat but at the same time youre twice as hungry as usual? I think its some kind of twisted joke
