Okie dokie, so I've been working to get cut for summer. (excited)
Typical exercises:
Cardio - elliptical, treadmill, or recumbent stationary bike
Zercher Squats
Leg Press - 60 lbs. 3 sets of 10 reps
Leg Curls - 20 lbs. 3 sets of 10 reps
etc...
I want to get some perfect symmetry going on though because I'm noticing one butt cheek is rounding out on the underside just a teensy bit more so than the other. Like maybe I have a tendency to lead with that leg on the elliptical, Leg Press, and what not.
(I'll post a temporary pic here so you can see what I'm talking about).
Any suggestions for exercises to isolate just one cheek?
