I started a month ago and can't get enough. I go about 4 times a week. I'm so into I'm worried I'm going to burn out fast. I've lost the last 5 pounds and really tighten up, this is the lowest fat percentage I've ever had. My arms also tightened up! One of the best things is that I can eat so much now without gaining and usually losing. I eat about 2,000 calories a day easy and sleep so much better. The music is like a nightclub in a gym. Anyone else a spinner?
