That is just So WRONG! It certainly is not legal in right to work states. i.e. no one can prevent you from working unless they compensate you. Non-compete clauses are BS and unenforceable unless they pay you to not work for that period of time.
*I'm not a lawyer, and don't know what state you or the IM firm are incorporated in.*
Given that camgirls are NOT employees but rather independent small business operators, and given that SM is based in the country of Cyprus, US state 'right to work' laws arguably have no applicability / enforceability.

I signed up through Erotic cam Models. I just wanted to know anything about the site and how much percentage they take out of your earnings?? If it wasn't for this site, I would of never known that I signed up with a studio. I'm regretting it now. wish I did a little bit more research on cam modeling and avoiding studios. and yes, I was so new and silly when I started (less than a year ago) that I went for it. Found this forum and now SM makes me cry every time I work because I know what I COULD be making. What sites did you work while you were waiting your time out? If I may ask?
