5% is for directcam. Directchat is different because it's through the phone. I don't know if it's a different fee for you,. For me it's .15 a min. Did you read my post above?
Now, if you want to figure out what your directchat per min fee is take one of your chat and divide the total by what you charge per min then divide the directchat fee by that number. Don't forget to round your numbers. See example below:
23/05/2011 23:37 Debit DirectChat (467601) Facility Fee, with j7 -4.82
23/05/2011 23:37 Credit DirectChat (467601) with j7 30.53
30.53/.95=32.14 4.82/32.14=.14996( round up to .15)
If you still can't figure it out give me the numbers and I'll do it for you![]()

I seem to have 10% taken, I'll show you...

What's your per min rate? I can't tell you anything if I don't know your per min rate.
So, I just found this in the help center:

What is DirectChat? Offering Services
DirectChat allows you to offer and conduct phone chat services without the need to work with phone chat bookings on the site.
DirectChat allows members to engage in paid for phone chat services with other AdultWork.com members, without the need to book in advance
Service providers set the per minute price they wish to be paid and supply the number they wish to receive the calls on, (which remains anonymous).
Service seekers call a central number and enter a PIN number relevant to the service provider they wish to chat with. Their call will be connected to the service provider via the service provider's nominated phone number and their credits debited automatically based on the duration of the call and the price set by the service provider.
The call will only be connected if the service seeker has sufficient funds to conduct at least a 5 minute call and if the service provider is set-up correctly, is active and currently showing as available for Phone Chat.
All service providers need to know is that calls coming to their nominated number, from 08702484100 are part of this scheme and that they will receive credits, by the second for the duration of the call at the price they have specified for DirectChat. Calls coming from other numbers are not part of this scheme and unless a manual phone chat booking has been set-up, the service provider will not be credited. (You may wish to add the above number to your phone so that calls from it are easily recognised.)
Example: price 1 credit/min, call duration 2 mins 30 secs, service provider receives 2.5 credits.
The telecoms facilitator of this service has imposed an charge of 0.15 credits per minute, (billed per second) that is automatically deducted from the service provider at the end of the call. (Whilst increasing your desired rate might seem like a good idea, you should remember that the service seeker will be paying for the cost of the call also, although not at a premium rate.)
The main benefit of this scheme, despite appearing to attract higher fees, is that service seekers will not be put off from arranging a phone chat session by unwieldy forms and processes, so you should receive much more interest than before. If they see you and like you, they call up and get through to you with no fuss.
So, it's like I said the fee is .15 per min. Everyone charges a different fee per min that's why you can't not subtract a percentage. The fee is per min!!!!!!!!
