This isn't meant to be a competition just women supporting one another to live a healthier life style and lose weight while toning up!
I am 5'4" and weigh 120. I am looking to lose 7lbs and tone up!
I have eaten so far:
2 cups of coffee with 1tbsp creamer and 2 small dollops of whipped cream
I plan on going for a 40 minute walk in a while and doing some workout videos after.
I am going to work out legs, bootie, abs, and arms

I know....It's pretty bad. I don't know why I do it. I normally have plain oatmeal with maple syrup and banana but for the past two days I have not been wanting to eat until hours after my coffee.
