I live in a big giant old Key West house divided up into apartments. The live-in manager is neurotic and would flip out if she saw a pole here, so I take it down when I know she's coming. But I haven't put it back up for a while because there was a lot of shit they had to fix.

She'll see it eventually, and she'll probably flip, but I think I have a good rapport with the owner, he probably won't mind. He told her to back off me so hopefully that will take care of it.

I do have to be very careful how I land when it's up, though--noise travels fast and easy in this old house and I am on the third floor!

Have you tried laying down some cork flooring? It's a decent noise insulator.

Thanks for the idea, I might try it. But it's not actually the noise, it's the vibration in the timbers of the old house that carries. If I land very lightly it's OK, but it's still not a good idea to do it at 4 AM lol.

    DJ,

Tell her it hold up this sagging ceiling, just like that bra holds you up, you old bag.

    (I would start packing first.)

(what the hell difference could it possibly make to her, the nosey old bat)
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.
