Angry Did you feel a drop? Was that a sprinkle?

I'm sick of idiots talkin about makin it rain in there songs and then going to strip clubs and not spending shit. i'm not talking about all of them, I have made great money off of a few celebrities, but some fucking suck and don't deserve to make millions of dollars singing about their fake ass spending habits! Ok, I'm done.

I totally agree. I have a friend (member on here who rarely posts) who hooks up with these guys all the time too. Honestly what I'd love to see is a bunch of dancers work on videos together talking about their real experinces with these celebrities. For example if "John Doe" were a rapper talking about "making it rain", a group of about five dancers could make short video with how much he spent at each of their clubs, which would be publicly released. I think the public would find it hilarious... sort of "Stop talking the talk, & start walking the walk".

To be fair, many artists who seem rich aren't actually rich... especially if they are one hit wonders. The industry is so completely messed the eff up, you can get a hit song and the labels are still gonna recoup all these imaginary costs against you... So if your song makes 1 million dollars, you can still technically end up with nothing if your label paid 2 million to make it (through marketing, etc).

Sad, but true... but tbh, I don't think people should be in strip clubs if they aren't going to drink, or tip the dancer. They should stay home, buy a cheap case of beer and watch some porn online if they don't plan to spend...

i'm sure mediatakeout or bossip would compensate (probably not well) for dancers to share their experiences with broke celebrities if you really want a platform.

She values her networking & relationship with these guys too much to do that. Being a person who knows how to keep your lips sealed even during bad times is normally better respected & can get people further, especially once the dust settles. Prime example, Heidi Fleiss, the "Hollywood Madam" who even after being arrested, serving time in jail, etc. when questioned for names of clients said "It's not my style". While certain things may have come out in court, she wasn't giving away details on purpose. People respected that she wouldn't "tattle tale" on them if things went bad, & that's a good part of why she has pretty much been accepted back into her old social circles. Loose lips sink ships.

For anyone who hasn't seen it, I strongly recommend watching this movie:

Call Me: The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss

i don't think clients of heidi fleiss were comparable to c-list rappers.

I agree that there is definitely a code of secrecy. i havent disclosed name or details of celebrities that were cheap, and i definitely dont feel its enquirer worthy. especially since as a stripper im gonna be the one crucified...

as for heidi fleiss, remarkable woman. kudos to her on the ability not to be bought or snitch. too bad shes such a hot mess...

and just to be clear, c list rappers arent the only celebrity types that suck... the sham wow guy was a real duche bag. LOL

Plenty of A-list rappers don't spend shit at clubs either.

In my experience, rappers spend money when they know people are watching. Like at King of Diamonds, they pretty much have to make it rain because pictures and videos of them will end up all over the internet the next day. So DJ Khaled for example, is quick to blow like $10,000 at KOD but when he was at my old club where pictures/videos aren't allowed, he spent maybe $500.

I don't have too many positive experiences with rappers at clubs. Wu-tang spent money, and this d-list rapper Tone Loc spent a lot of money at my old club but those are pretty much the only ones that come to mind and that club had big rappers coming in every week. Now I completely avoid rappers and go with the drug dealing guys, actors or athletes.

And this is kind of off topic but at another club I used to work at which was in the middle of no where and not very high on the totem pole of clubs you hear about in songs, Kevin Hart came and made it rain on everybodyyyyy. He wasn't even paid to come to the club, he just showed up, bought drinks, brought friends with money, and he was showering the stage the entire time that he was there. I gained a lot of respect for him that day.

They think that because they are celebrities that dancers would just throw themselves on them for free.

Twista came to a club I worked at with 200 buck which he sprinkled from one end of the stage to the other then he sat in vip all night long while a bunch of star fuckers oogled him. At the time he made it sprinkle there were at least 10 girls on stage, so they got what, 20 buck each?

When I danced at this one club a local rapper (forget the name and didn't care to remember) came in often and never spent money. I mean didn't even tip because the dumb ass bimbo strippers would sit with him for free. There was another local singer who is known to be cheap too. Not to stereotype but seems like the cheapest celebs I've come across were athletes and rappers.

There's a website that's not stripping related but lists celebs in general and how many are cheap while dining out.
